One of the biggest problems when buying presents for friends is not knowing what to buy. You could use amazon’s wish list, but what if the item you want to buy is too expensive? You could crowdfund it on kickstarter, but where do you find a crowd that wants to buy a present for YOUR friend?

We have come up with an incredibly fun way to solve that problem.
Presenting GiftMe - a platform where you can crowdfund gifts that your friends will love.

When you want to get something nice for your friend, just pick an item from their GiftMe wishlist and start a crowdfunding campaign. If they don’t have a wish list, ask them to create one! Messages will be sent to all of your friend's social network contacts so that anyone who knows your friend can chip in to buy that nice present. GiftMe takes care of collecting the money and purchasing the gift. If the crowd doesn't manage to reach their target, your friend can contribute their own funds towards the item, or transfer the funds to other items in their wish list.
