Awesome App, has got every feature. Airtime top up for me and beneficiaries, money transfer, Bill payment, pension fund bal check. I was almost discouraged by some of the reviews below but I guess they downloaded the app when it wasn't working. Lucky me, the app is worth the wait. Stanbicibtc best bank! Though a lot are yet to discover it.

Its just a waste of space. Why put up an app when you know it won't work. It stops at registration and keeps telling you the bank will contact you. Maybe in 50 years they will. I wish I can give less than 1 star!

It so useless and unfuctional. I regret ever banking with ibtc coz of this their app.

This app has fulfilled almost all the needs. But I can still not top up a third part phone call credit. Also fix this please.

It cannot connect to the Internet. Always crashing. It's really frustrating. Can't even login. Fix pls

The Bank function is a sheer waste of precious time except for the Mutual Funds. Poor interface to account summaries. Only an acct displayed. List of beneficiaries not linked to app. Worst of all you have to apply and chase permissions!

I dont knw d problem with dis app,it has nw bn 3 dayz since they told me they contact me shortly aftr I completed the reg. But up till nw.Its completely useless.

I sent a request for password reset (via "forgot password") and haven't seen any message in my email about completing the process. This service is pathetic and not even worthy of half a star!

Not easy and certainly not convenient! I have installed this for weeks, tried to register but it keeps saying they will confirm my registration and revert but NOTHING. Same crappy service I get from the bank!

Always not available and cannot transfer to Access bank. Asides the assurance of business continuity every other thing about this bank lacks attention and excellence.

I have had a wonderful experience with this app.. I m really impressed... I do my transactions with no worries... Do transfer, buy airtime, paybills and much more. U need to try this.

The banking window is restricted to one account only thus limiting its usefulness for customers that have many accounts with the bank. This should be accommodated.

You peeps should change your managers of the app. It is hard to register unlike other banking apps where ur account number is just needed den the code is sent to you almost imediatly. But your is like forever unless one goes to ur banking hall

What is wrong with your application? It doesn't work with my tecno7cpro. It could not list of banks for me to select the one to transfer money to. You need to upgrade this app.

Downloaded the app severally over the space of about 4 months, but still would not open after installation. Wheew.

I have downloaded the App but couldn't access my account. I guess it's network stuff.....hoping to gain access later.
