Res.. sir I m getting a flash message on opening Ongo.it says there is an update on playstore,but there is not any update on playstore. what should i do ? I am unable to use it.

Because its not working in Samsung C9 Pro model, after put on the Bluetooth as it was asking by the app but it couldn't fixed up after giving several try.

Very very worst service. Delayed payment for more than 4 days.. Dont use this machine. Please shut ur company as soon as possible... so the clients are not cheated..

No way to generate email or export transaction list / receipts etc. How can a merchant reconcile / do the proper accounting of settlements etc. in absence of any details whatsoever?

Service is very bad ,as many times payment receive from client not credited in AC immediately, takes 5 to 6 days and also need to mail them many times.

Not satiated with services very poor customer card not suggest anyone

Why are Your Running Your company For Just irritation of people..Just Useless, Never get connected on time.. Cause of your Device i got always loss of customer and money too... I am stuck by using this device so i advice people just don't trust this company.

I have a suggestions that at 11PM all transaction are removed after settlement. But it should be nice if instead of removing them place them in settled transaction.

Please think hundred times before becoming Ongo Merchant. Poor (or No) Service. No one to resolve queries.Delayed (or No) payments. No responsible person to answer grievances. No reply on E-mails. No answers on call. Please shut your company down.

Service charge r not fixed every transaction hv different charged value. 1.2% to 2%. Customer care no is not mentioned on app.
