About Ankle
Ankle sprains are common sports related injuries. Scientific studies have proven the value of neuromuscular training in the prevention of such injuries. This application contains one of such evaluated preventive training programs. Next to specific exercises an 8-week prescribed program is included that leads to significant reductions in ankle sprain risk.
The program has been developed and evaluated by experts from the VU University Medical Center in the Netherlands. The program is supported by the British Journal of Sports Medicine.
Please be aware that this App does not function fully in KitKat. The videos are not playing, but you can still follow the program. We are working hard to solve this problem.

Similarly to what other users have experienced, it keeps moving the start date and because it can't be set to work manually, it is useless
