Unable to open the app, same thing happened recently with Narendra Modi app which I was using from long but suddenly got problem in opening the app, says server not responding, even this app also not opening after filling up my personal info, pls solve the issue

I can see the only first page e.i. registration page and after that, it is close every time if I do the next step. Wheather I skip the registration or make a registration and going to do the next the app close and back to home screen. Pls pls pls slove it.
