About Audio Archive

This app is an audio player for listening to longer audio files. The app bookmarks each file when it is paused or the app is closed and resumes it at the last location. This means that you can switch between files without losing your place. You can for example be listening to a podcast close it and listen to some music and then later on return to the exact spot where you left of. It also addresses an issue that many times messages, lectures etc do not have an album and is thus not properly arranged in conventional music players. The app displays content as folders or files based on whether it is a part of a series or not. To minimize chaos the app only shows audio files that is longer than 20 minutes. This is a setting the user can change. The app also has powerful search functionality for finding files.

Great start Cobus! I love the display as series. If you have time, besides starting in a dependable spot in a long file, the feature I've been looking for for long spoken files is "over-volume" or volume increase with compression. Some recordings are just quiet.
