Back in 2014, I rated this app 3/5 Stars. Today, in 2017, I'm rating this app 1/5 Stars because it has not only decreased in quality, there has clearly been no attempt made to improve the app in any way. This app is by far the most horrendous piece of software available on Google Play, and I have installed fidget spinner apps.

This thing is junk. I followed the directions. After downloading the app and registering, the camera doesn't show up on the app. There are no directions describing how to connect the camera to the internet. Gggrrr

WORTHLESS!!! I've had this for two years and every time I check my camera feed, my screen just says "loading" never had a single problem with my Samsung Smartcam

Too late if you opt for the upgrade, the systems is unrecoverable. Totally useless device! Swann never ever again

Takes up to 1 minute sometimes longer to connect from Android. On Apple device only a few seconds

I just got trolled. I'm using a Samsung galaxy S4 and I got this stupid cloud app and it is impossible to pair with my android device. All I get is a blank white screen with no options. What a waste of time. Good thing I got this at my job and I can easily return it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Free trial of the only app compatible. No options what so ever. Looks terrible at night. Completely useless. What is the point of an IP camera that can NOT be viewed on a mobile device while not on wifi. It defeats the whole purpose. I work out in the field without a wifi connection. Only 4G and I get nothing.

It can be connected running fine then look up and the app done stopped showing camera stream or goes from camera showing back to login screen. It's getting very aggravating. I have no issues with the WiFi etc I mean yes on a lag to be expected for a cheap camera . Anyone have any advice? I 've already uninstalled n reinstalled app.

Spent my Saturday night on the phone with Swann Tech support for 2hrs trying to configure my wifi only ethernet connection works...I have no wifi access so I have 2 dud ADS-450 which I now have to take back for a refund!

Works on my Samsung just fine Note 3 / S4. Paired in about 3 minutes. My only issue is that it can't save directly to my SD card.

My subscription is paid until July 1, 2016; however, my camera is not saving to the cloud so I can no longer review what happened earlier in the day. I yet to receive a response to my email addressing this concern. Additionally, I am not able to change my Wi-Fi password, nor hook up a second camera. I was pleased in the beginning, but the problems continue to grow.

Ad40 setup was easy as it described. Works when phones not on WiFi. Phones s7 and haven't tried the cloud save feature but will. Also going try the firmware upgrade in app for motion detect 5 stars if it's good.

This app stopped streaming good now, the signal drops all the time. It works good sometimes. The tech support is very helpful if needed.

It's in WiFi and still says it can't find the camera...what is the problem and why do I have to pay monthly to use this app

The application gave me trouble out of the box. Called tech assistance three times to get it setup. No help. Kept asking me to call back later.

Had a slight issue with setup contacted tech support they were Beyond helpful Works fantastic I love being able to check on my kitties while I'm on the road for work

When I bought the camera it was free to record events, now I need to sign up for a subscription. I have now bought a new camera system that doesn't charge to use their app and records all events for free.

This app is unstable it will stream but, logs me out after 5 minutes, and all the time. I recently bought a new phone the note 5, and installed this app. Works on note 5 but, the service is not always available for some reason. Tech support is helpful but i still have the same problem. Works sometimes and sometimes not, may need an update. Tried it on my tablet same problem.

Used it often on my Galaxy Nexus.But now I get blank screens on live camera view and events on my Note 5. Needs to be brought current and up to speed.

Only works if your phone is connected to wifi,how useless is that?if im out and want to check my camera i cant until i go somewhere i can sign into wifi whats the point?but if you want to spy on your company while your out of the room its great for that but thats not what i got this for

With Lollipop 5.1.1 you must use the Seedonk app iSecurity+. Accepts users and login. ☺ works great.

Have had a lot off issues such as events gallery not loading, cameras not loading etc. Would not recommend.

The app logs in fine, I can view the camera live feed fine. My issue is with the events list, if my camera detects movement, I get notified. But when I open the events list, 50% of the time my camera list will not load, if I close/reopen the app about 8 times it will eventually load my camera... when I tap on my camera, nothing happens, no events load. This feature I recall used to work, but the last few updates have messed it all up. Please fix this.

Just hate myself for buying this junk. Why should I register @Swann's site to access to MY OWN camera. Want to returned this piece of garbage... immediately

Doesn't show images captured with android 5.0 lollipop. Please update.
