You gotta be joking. Heard about the app on radio stations and an event of burning made me use this. Uploading a pic along with details takes forever. The case wasn't assigned for 2 days and by then the burning site has already caused the damage. A request to developer, please update your service for prompt action before furnishing out apps like this. Not sure how it got 5 stars from so many people.
