Very helpful and very portable

Even though the app has a menu selection under settings for offline translation it does not actually function. The developer has actually said this is not yet part of the app when I inquired about why it doesn't work. Since I was specifically looking for an offline translator this app did not meet my expectations. It works quite well when there is an internet connection.
