Sustain Me for Android
Specific details about whether a plastic type (e.g. PE-LD 04) is recyclable would be helpful.
Still a lot of work to be done on it. Can't set bin reminder for specific time. Always pops up at midnight!
App will not operate on s6 edge. I enter the suburb and then the button to select the council but it keeps saying I need an internet connection when I already have one. Needs a fix.
Failed to locate my area and couldn't get past 1st page. Perhaps it doesn't work for country Victoria.
The advice offered is the same for all councils, even though recycling of things like glassware (eg: wine glasses) differs between councils. This, and directing battery recycling to an expensive service suggests the real motive for this app might not be to provide the best advice on sustainability to the public.
Works well, good performance, concise information.
It keeps saying it can't find Melbourne council, and when I manage to input some valid address it just doesn't do anything... Would love to use it
This app is great, especially when moving to a new place. Would be extremely useful for people new to the country.
This is so useful for me.
Great work team!

Slow outdated data and lacking data and linking to unrelated organisations and or programs and no one is going to ever hold a thing in their hand and think about its recyclablity let alone go check. Best yoy might get people to use is a three part matrix- paper/metal/hard plastic yes all else rubbish. Maybe. Pet codes are too much effort and thinking time for most. Every extra step or filter or waste separation increases the likelihood of it just all going in a random bin.
