Slowly close your eyes.

Visualize the Earth, the planet you live on.
Feel the condition of the Earth.

With deep breaths, feel the vibration from the Earth.
The pain of the Earth,
The sorrow of the Earth,
The beauty of the Earth,
Feel the love of the Mother, Earth

Now the Earth is coming into your mind.
We send our apologies to the Earth.
We send our love to the Earth.

The Earth is our Mother.
She is the mother of this land, who allows us to exist.
We deeply give thanks to her existence.
