I used to think this was a great app. However one day I quit receiving surveys. I emailed their support team was told to check my location. All my settings were correct. They told me to uninstall and then reinstall. I did that, still nothing. Emailed them back and was told they just started to get signal from my phone (BS) and to relax and go out to eat or go to my favorite store....still not receiving surveys. Their support team is absolutely no help. My daughter has stopped receiving them also.

Awesome survey app that requires nothing of you other than your time. No credit cards will EVER be asked for, I have never seen an ad play, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. . However, I do love completing surveys for some sick reason, they make me feel complete inside...lol

Was getting a survey at least every couple days. Made it to first tier of rewards but wanted to get a $10 gift card at the next tier. It's been 3 weeks since I last got any surveys. I even visited a bigger city last week and kept opening the app and refreshing it and nothing. SCAM. Don't bother.

I can't really rate this app as I have had 1 survey total that was asking about me and my age range so they could tailor the survey's to me, but since then I haven't had a single survey, it just says no surveys found? Had it for a couple of weeks now? Was pretty interested in this app and don't know if it's just me but I can't get it to work...

Well, it used to work. Lately it's been crashing, and just now I tried using the BOGO energy drink at a store, and it scanned, but didn't work. $4.27 for two drinks that I wouldn't have even bought had I not had a coupon, I thought, for them. Not to mention, I'm not getting as many surveys it seems. Starting to distrust this app. Unfortunate...

I loved this app until I switched phones and now I can't log back into my account. I've tried resetting my password multiple times and it always says they emailed me but I never get the email. I even checked my spam folder. And when I try to log in with facebook it says there expierencing problems and try again later. Except I've been at this for a week now, and the worst part is I have enough points for a gift card that I'll never get.

Slow points. Very disappointed because i used to get more points per survey and more surveys. It has taken several months to get up 5k points. And I go to a lot places. I will definitely uninstall this app as soon as I get my next coupon.

Pretty dumb. I had it about 3 months and I earned 1200 pts. Keep in mind I've been checking everyday to see if they have a survey for me n nothing. To buy something you need like 10000 pts. Im sure I could find another app more cuter looking than this..cause that's all itc was good for, a decoration of their app on my home page. 1 outa 10.. I give a .5

I rarely get surveys and it takes a very long time for me to even get close to getting enough points to earn the $10.00 gift card. Not worth my time nor the space on my phone. I will find a better app. Disappointed! !

How can you go wrong with free stuff? It can take a while to get to what you want but it's still worth it. The customer service is also very helpful.

It's hard to build up points but if you're active you can do it. Some of the deals don't work. AMC wouldn't accept my free regular popcorn coupon

I used to get surveys all the time but now I never get them anymore so I went ahead and redeemed my points for a gift card so I can uninstall the app because it's just taking up space on my phone now and there are other apps out there that will pay you more for feedback

I really like this app! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I've tried to use the Tractor Supply coupon and it won't work... And I go there pretty often!

Everyone needs to go one SMG (Service Management Group) fb page or website & complain. They are the creators & run the app. I was almost to $25 and it stopped working so I can't cash out.

Hardly any surveys. You'll get 1-4 surveys a month rewarding you 100 points each. You'll need 12,000 points to receive £10 voucher. It will take couple of years to get a small reward BUT in the meanwhile IT CONTINOUSLY RUNS IN THE BACKGROUND COLLECTING YOUR DATA. AVOID!

What a waste of time. I think I've answered maybe 4 surveys in 2-3 months time. I actually forgot I had the app.This is as good as uninstalled.

I used to get surveys all the time but haven't got one in over a month so I uninstalled it. I reinstalled it & tried to login but it keeps saying it failed. I've emailed them several times but no response. Don't bother.

Error signing in. Tried to sign in again and it asked if I wanted to sign out but was stuck at the log in screen. Tried to log out and back in but still errors. Just not very clear or easy to get signed in

Great little app! Unobtrusive, easy to get through surveys. Took me awhile, but eventually, I earned my $10 theater gift card!

Wonderful app, any time I redeem a reward, I end up telling the cashier about it and the next time I come in, they gush to me about how great it is! I get Dr. Peppers pretty regularly for free from a gas station I frequent.

Quick and easy way to earn points toward gifts cards. The wallet rewards NEVER work, however. The merchants are clueless.

No matter how often I am out and about....I RARELY get any surveys so I find it a little on the pointless side.

I tried to log in with my Facebook and when I went to accept the terms and conditions it said error so I tried making an account and I put in my date of birth and it said sorry you have to be over 18 and I am.

Its very nice to use but it isn't available to redeem gift cards so that suck Ex. XBOX Gift Cards PSN Cards that would be great it would be better than google opinion rewards

I try to put in my birthday date year so it wanted me to keep pressing a button from the month and year like come om are you kidding me.

Thus Far I Have been really Enjoying this App! My points Are Accumulating very well, Directs me to Survey Opportunities Fairly Frequently! I'm a Shopper and Love writing Reviews and Blogging... I got a new phone and now it doesn't let me logging. (Loggin failed )

Once I took a million surveys & getting closer to $10 gift certificate, they stopped sending surveys. It takes a million surveys & forever to earn anything & I read that once you finally earn something, they don't pay up! Waste of time & effort!

Used to get surveys all the time now it seems like you get one every couple of months. If they are going to change things they should at least let people know

I couldn't even register in b/c the birthday line won't let me!

It works for a little while , then don't get any surveys till I email them then it starts again. Then it quits again.

Complete Waste of time. 6 months on here and only gotten 11 surveys and maybe 2 or 3 were about places the others were about me.

This SurveyMini app is so much fun. You have the opportunity to review shopping experiences and receive compensation for your opinion. The BEST part of this app is you are not bombarded with all these advertisements. GREAT going MiniSurvey.

I've had this app for a few weeks now and it doesnt work

I made an account and it said it failed. But I got an email saying it was created. Tried logging in and it wouldn't let me.

So I gave this app 5 starts but I just switched phones and tried to get into it through Facebook says there an error do forget password and it says it will send the link and and it never does I'm disappointed will be uninstalling if not fixed ????

I am disappointed in this app. No help in retrieving my password. Not sure I'll start over

Surveys pop up once you have visited a place that desires feedback. Rewards are consistent and fair. Extra offers occasionally.

I haven't received any surveys in months.
