Surfline Surf Cams, Forecasts

My Ohana Loves This App. Before hitting the surf. We open surfline app on different devices. To get STOKED!!!! Never knew surfline had an app. I remember going on their web site in the past and having to pay for camera views. Dealing with 20 to 30 second apps can be annoying. But it's FREE can't complain! Might end up upgrading to the monthly payment and support surfline...

This app was terrible before but now with the new update it works great. All the cams work and the info is easy to get to and see. I use it all the time now. Just as functional a the web site. A+++ Update 2017, The app is even better now. The new format is great and it is even easier to navigate.

Amazing app I would get the premium so that you can watch the cams with ads in between. Wave heights are pretty accurate though wave do change throughout the day. Premium also provides a great outlook of predicted waves heights. I think the app is that good that it makes surf spots witn cams more crowded in water on epic days.

I love this! Ignore all of the hate comments, this is great. Has all of my favorite beaches and shows accurate forecasts. Has camera, I use this all of the time. Hey wavetrack, I love the new update, everything is so sleek and excellent. Keep doing what your doing!!!

I tap on a surf break and it deletes itself from my homepage. If this stops, best surf app; until then I'm going to keep looking at magicseaweed which doesn't delete my breaks

Awesome new update to app, allows you to choose your favourite breaks.. all the cameras are working great now which is what i was having trouble with previously. Thanks surfline for always keeping me updated ☺

Love the new app updates. I moved to Chicago been stuck surfing the Great Lakes. Nothing like saltwater. But love the favorites now its much easier to to find waves in a freshwater region. Thanks Surfline for keeping me in the water while I'm landlocked. Shaka

Fix the unwarranted ads for premium subscribers and add the spot forecast feature that shows optimal swell and wind for spots. Overall looks good but sure it can better over more iterations.

Good app informative. But it's annoying if you don't have a membership, cause the feeds have to reload every 30 seconds

New update makes you create an account for reports. What was wrong with the old way? I guess they need email addresses to sell.

New update blows for my region - SoCal. Map freezes, cams won't play, whole app freezes The only thing that works is the written reports. Maybe it's not compatible with nougat?

Improved. Removed unnecessary app permissions, which is a good thing. Loses 1 star for not being SD card compatible...

Update destroyed all my favorites, requires account setup to favorite any breaks. Why do I have to give up my personal info to get a surf report? Corporatism at it's worst. Uninstalling.

I thought the point of paying for the premium membership was to avoid the ads. With the latest update there are ads. From Surfline Support: "While your Premium entitlements give you ad-free cams, they do not remove the static ads in the Favorites and Spot screen."

Hightower can no longer pans. It just shows the same exact spot daily. The forecast was easily located previously. Now I'm having a hard time locating it. Not to mention all the time it did not work, and I was paying for something I could not use. Other than that, it's all good.

Was great until the update. Took away the videos for my favorite spots, there was always a video that was posted in the morning.

I still use the app a lot, but it's gone downhill with the recent update. Lots of broken ads and placements that get in the way of content.

The app is great visually and really easy to find current conditions. I wish it had some more of the online features like swell information and forecasts.

Seems to be fancier than the last version, but it's so glitchy, it's pretty worthless.

I don't like the revision. My surf cam for manasquan doesn't show anymore but it shows on the website. The redesign is a step back. I'm uninstalling!

Ever since the new update it doesn't work

Awesome app ... caught some of my best surf days in the blue highlight . So when it's highlited orange I'm really stoked .

How do I get the previous version back? Ads on the premium version too? Sucks!

What happened to spot forecasts? Now all I get is regional? How am I supposed to know what the surf looks like tomorrow morning at a specific spot?
