Mindful Eating Hypnosis - Eat What You Need for Android
I have been using this for just over a week & I absolutely love it. It's easy to listen to, very calming & I really feel like it's having an effect. The quality of the food I've eaten has dramatically changed. I even seem to notice when im full & stop eating. I have even tried the odd 'binge' but it genuinely felt wrong & unnecessary. I carried a portion of chips the other day for my kids & didn't eat any - that's a miracle! Really impressed.
I used this app for three weeks And I felt it really helped me to stop eating junk food and picking at food Having not listened to it for a week I'm slipping back into my old habits so I have installed it again I have to admit I have no idea what is said during the 20 mins as I fall asleep after the instructions. I guess that's hypnosis! Love the app
I found it very helpful. I was sick of the over indulgence I was partaking in and this app helped. I also very much appreciate that it doesn't require access to private information like most apps. Try it
I do think this ap has helped me curb my appetite a bit, it also helps me drift off!
Hello I paid for the upgrade so that I could use the added features but I am not able to enable to hypnotic booster..it automatically turns off when I press the on button...It is the same for another app I have purchased the add of features for too

The app accesses the recordings from the web, so if you put your phone on aeroplane mode to stop calls and texts, it cuts out after about 10 minutes. Also, obviously you can't access it where you don't have Wi-Fi

I have downloaded many of the apps and purchase 1. I love the concept and have enjoyed listening to them but time and time again the app just stops mid way. Very disorienting & frustrating. If you could fast forward or stop it from happening it would be a great start for beginners to learn to meditate.
I've been using this app for about 2-3 weeks now. I listen to it at night while falling asleep. I'm beginning to notice a subconscious change in my eating. I say subconscious because it is gradual and happening naturally without giving it much thought. I think this app is working for me!

Did not work. Time is ticking and no sound, no voice, nothing! Anything you click on requires you to purchase more. Why would I keep purchasing anything when nothing, not even the free trial version works?!
Is this a joke? By what stretch of the imagination is having a phrase and an action to do before you eat a good thing? Sure, only if you want to come over as bloody weird.
I especially like the option of background music or effects, like a tinkling brook or a beach. The trigger phrase and action works for me. So far so good.

It's great for morning meditation. I choose one of these meditations. I sit outside in the Sun and it's a great day from there! I definitely encourage the upgrade for $5 it's totally worth it.
It's simple could have more content.
Forced to listen to info about hypnosis workout being able to skip to actual activity. I'm well versed, just looking for a quick start script. Since I know I have to pay to customize anything its not worth the try to me or the money. I like a real try before I buy so I'll look elsewhere.
