I already have Hypothyroidism. And I have an issue with over eating the wrong stuff. Also, having a sweet tooth. So far, cravings of sweet junk comes and goes. Not as bad as before. And I eat until I'm done with the small portion on my plate. And feel satisfied. Moderation is key.

This is just very well done, almost yoga nidra style of affirmations. I have found that it is very supportive, and 2 weeks in, so far so good. Very supportive of ketogenic diet, btw. It doesn't tell you not eat fats, or focus on a low calorie diet.

Part 2: I did your workaround, so did my wife on her phone and it still stops 2 times out of 3 somewhere during the meditation.. Phone not heating, other apps are closed, lots of storage space, emptied cache and rebooted, still not fixing your bug.. Let me know once you do cuz it seems like a great app, beside not being able to rewind/fastforward. Part 1: It stops COLD TURKEY right in the middle of the hypnosis/meditation! (On a Samsung Galaxy Note 5/Android Kernel)
