Bluebell Railway Museum

The Bluebell Museum collects, preserves, interprets and makes accessible to visitors, artefacts, history, customs, practice and skills relating specifically to the Bluebell Railway and generally to the railways of the steam era in the South of England.

This App will give additional information and will help exploration of areas of interest. It provides information about people associated with the railways, the history of railways, how to build a railway and how people used the railways. This App adds to what you will experience in the museum and does not repeat what is there.

The App is divided into the five main themes of The History of the Bluebell Line, the History of Railway with the main focus on the South East of England, Building Railways, Great People of the Railways and Using Railways.

Enjoy your visit and don't forget you can also visit the locomotive shed at Sheffield Park and the Coach & Wagon Workshop at Horsted Keynes; there are displays in both.
