Developers, please kindly disable the multiline text box for your location enter block! Cannot get street name when it keep going New line. I don't see why block number need multiline. Wake up wake up

App always hang when locating or typing address. Rubbish chute still does not close properly despite 2x earlier submissions. Disappointed.

Address without submitting from the app is not possible. Lost Apps. I'm trying to click submit after locating from the GPS but cannot submit. Thinking after updates will be better. Any restarting phone will be ok. Still the same. This app SUCK.

This horrible app must be written by their own town council team which showed many lag n bug n doesn't work n the widest thing is that they doesn't care to improve it

Let me know how i can use this apps. Really want to give up!

Always have problems typing the address or using the location map...it shows pinning and hang.

LOL TOWN CONCIL DOESN'T EVEN REPLY. KICKBOXING BAG AT FERNVALE LANE FITNESS CORNER KENNA REMOBVED. THEY LITERALLY TOOK THE WHOLE THING AWAY CUS OF SOME VANDALS THAT CUT THE FOAM AWAY. WAY TO GO town council. App is just to make you think they give a Damn about your concerns.

Can't do anything with it. Can't even submit a report without the app crashing. Slow and often unresponsive. No feedback on whether any action was being carried out. With this kind of app, no wonder the town councils keep getting good service ratings. Cause they don't receive any reports.

I was trying to post an alert and I simply cannot press the submit button. I do not know what's the use of such an app if it is not easy to use, not responsive, not user friendly. Instead, only the town council news button is working. Horrible. Please design something that works. I was putting up an alert about a pool of petrol having been found at the basement carpark. But now, I do not even know how to alert everybody.

Just wondering..... .... * Reported 2nd time n more than a week but still no action taken for inconsiderate neighbour who hold up staircase with bulky items. Don't understand what went wrong n " lies in between ".

This app is not responsive, it is a pain to submit an item especially submitting the address. Could the Admin please try to use it himself. The iLog also dissappear after some time, therefore difficult to follow up. Good if it send back the report to one's email so that it can be followed up.

The first time I used it was ok... action is quick... now I wanted to submit another alert but unable to do so... i tab on submit but it just does not work...

First submit error without indicating address, unable to submit again. Have to indicate incident address before submitting.

Why need to switch on the location. Singapore a district code will be able to find address isnt it. This switch on.location is so redundant ...follow logically.

Wanted to submit incidents for the town council to look into twice.. both times cannot "submit" after all the details are filled in.. come on SG.. u can do better..

An example or an bad app design. iGallery section not relevant. Cannot see what others have reported and status. Old AMK TC app has that.

Tested and enter key no longer going next line which get the address dropdown almost immediately. Thanks for listening to the feedback!

When submitting iAlert address cannot be input making submit a complaint impossible. This apps is a redundant illusionary efforts by the Town Council to show they care. It's useless and only for show.

Keyed in my postal code to create profile but another street name appeared. For an app linked to HDB maintainance, you should update your postal code and addresses promptly.

But the key thing is response time. Needs speedy acknowledgement and update of feedbacks submitted. This differs across town councils.

Had no issues submitting a problem report and rectification work was done within an hour. Great app and very impressed.

Unless app. Worst of all, no developer answer anything..
