Keeps asking for login, even though I haven't logged out. Still not fixed. 12/17.

Why have you not fixed the irritating logging out. App is ok and cameras are worth it as I got them half-price. The major niggle is that the app logs me out so often. It is really annoying. I use another app for the same cameras which does not log out. This app connects quicker also

Doesn't work on my iPad, the cameras drop out frequently on both my android and iPad with no explanation. The main website is extremely slow.

Camera connects but isn't recognised as being connected by the app...unable to update firmware, unable to connect to Wi-Fi... uninstalled

Habe 4 Full-HD Kameras gekauft aber können nur mehr auf 640x480 gestellt werden und das merkt man auch am Bild

Würde 0 Sterne geben, da schon doe Verbindung scheitert. Die fragliche Forderung die Zugangsdaten zu verändern lässt sich aus unerfindlichen Gründen nicht vornehmen. Der Ok Link bleibt hartnäckig ausgegraut. Frage mich, wie man solchen Schrott programmieren kann :(((

Einfach schlechte Software! Mehrere Sekunden Verzögerung im Live view. Bietet Positionsspeicherung für fixed mount Kamera an!? Keine weitere Konfigurationsmöglichkeit. Noch nicht mal Videoaufnahme im lokalen Netz auf Tablet. Aber wohl eine Bezahloption zur Aufnahme in der Supracloud? Totaler Crap!

Firmware updated on my laptop. Works now fine over a 3G and 4G network connection on my phone.

The only picture I can see is in the split screen mode. When opening the desired camera the screen stays black (same problem on iPhone). Tested on Wi-Fi and on mobile data.

DLink better. Logs out often and DDNS cameras have to re re-entered, a pain. Resolution settings of cloud cam's also deleted.

Am Laptop funktioniert alles Problemlos. Wenn ich die Kamera in der App auswähle steht Unknow Problem: No Adress.

App works OK but has a lot of room for improvement! I have two cameras connected to same account/app. Major negatives: *1. Snapshot only possible with one cam. *2. When view is maximised, side menu becomes unavailable, there is no sound. *3. Cameras can be steered by phone touch screen (without side menu), this sometimes lead to camera moving to crazy directions by the slightest touch on the screen. I have those cameras for over a year now and have rated/commented on app's weak points since then. No reaction/no changes so far.
