It tells me my password is not between 6-20 characters and wont let me sign it. I can sign in just fine on the computer

I like the app however when I check out at store and have added my digital coupons some are not deducted. That's the only drawback I can think of at this time. I'm pleased with the friendliness & assistance I receive from the employees. They r extremely service oriented.

I tried to clip coupons in a list of nearly 200; constantly being kicked back to the top of the list when I open one is a pain in the.. Also, I tried adding a couple to my list, but no matter how many times I hit add, it showed that it did, but didn't stick. What a joke. Next, the app loads slower than it should.

I report the app isn't working,never hear back.

I have been trying to create an account for weeks now and it keeps telling me "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later." It would sure be nice to use the app after I downloaded it.

App doesnt work at all, wont even find store that is 4 blocks away from me. Come on Hornbachers I hold you to higher standards than this

It's ok, but it has its bugs and issues.

Shopping list multiple deletes? Crash. View shopping list? (5 days now) Crash. Want to view items in mobile browser? App opens. Crash. Fix it, and it will be great. But you need to learn from Target's Cartwheel App

Won't save my address says network error. I can sign up with Facebook on the application but not on the hornbachers website.

This app needs so many fixes it's really not worth using it. When I first used it things were fine but over the past year it has frustrated me to the point that I don't use it. It doesn't save grocery lists or even list the items from the weekly flyer I've clicked to circle. It crashes all the time. It use to sync up with my grocery list on my PC but not any more.

I liked being able to see the weekly ads on my tablet, and create a shopping list right from there. HATE the new permissions and will not update. You don't need all that personal info and you're not getting mine. Will delete app instead.

Good app

Worked a couple of times but lately it crashes. Hopefully bugs will get fixed soon since it could be a very useful app. Update...still crashes please fix!!!!

Was a little hard to figure out but the customer service gentlemen really helped me with it. Works great for me!

Will not find any store locations in North Dakota.

Please fix the account creation errors and links with missing content.

Really disappointed in the app went to Hornbacher's to get the free ice cream today and the app was not down loading the coupons .Followed the directions to put in cart but who knows where it went , even had help but walked out of store and no free ice cream . I was soooo FRUSTRATED I did not buy the rest of my groceries there. It took 2 wks to get the app due to the play store making so many changes ppl could not get in then when they get it all straightened out the app really does not work that well it freezes . This should have been researched more and allot more training so the employees could actually help some one with it . I think there are a few bugs that need to be ironed out so it is less frustrating for the customers.

Thought this would a helpful spp for shopping but when I click an item on my list, it crashes. Will go back to paper list until fixed. Very disappointing

Doesn't update each week's circular.

Perfect for when I am out and I need to add something to my list. Would be nice if it had some recipies for products on sale.

I Use this app instead of Buying wednesday's Forum, it works well
