Supercuts Online Check-in

Worthless. Checked in 40 minutes before arriving then sat for 30 minutes while they called multiple people listed after me. You just lost a customer forever.

Installing this app was a complete waste of time and memory space. Why have an app to use for online check-in when the app does not give you that option. It only gives the option to call the salon.

Great way to save time just waiting!! Love you can pick your stylist before you get there and it actually gives you the next available time they will be ready for you!!

Download for online checking and it tells you to call the location. Suck that I could have done that without the stupid app. Useless.

App was un-usable. This is the 2nd time I down loaded it in several months. It is inaccurate and right now it is UNRESPONSIVE.

Put the prices I wanted to know how much and how much. To have my hair washed and no phone. Number to call and ask

Since the update this app works great. Super easy to check in with my favorite stylist.

Keeps malfunctioning and when I sign it they don't have a record at the salon so I still waiting and others bypass me, when their online check in worked

This app is great, there's a few minor problems that needs to be fixed. Other then that great product!

Obviously the employees don't know what online check-in means. I was skipped 3 times by customers below me. A walk in came in and I was still not serviced.

Very easy to use. It saves all of my information. Now all I have to do to make an appointment is open the app and click a few buttons.

Evrything is good except it does not show me Super Cuts in Fremont Hub. When I checked with the stylist she said it works well with Apple but might be problem with Android. Well I use Samsung and might be it. Evrything else seems to work fine.

Under my account, all of the tabs (style gallery, feedback, etc) are empty Plus, what the point of having a "reservation" if the stores don't take reservations?

If you check in with the app they charge you an extra $1 at checkout! Spams notification bar!

Cannot actually check in. Have to call the salon and that i can do anyways.

New update is horrible. When I press NEVER use my location, why does it still come up EVERY TIME??????????

Stylists untrained in use of check-in vs. walk-ins. Ten online check ins. No one in shop. Walk-in says they would like a haircut, sorry 1 1/2 hour wait. NO ONE IN THE SHOP!

Seems everytime I use this app they confirm and then call saying they can't promise that slot and may have to wait I ask how long and they say they don't know. Tell me again what's the point of this stupid app. I could walk in and get the same results.

This app is pointless. Checking in via the app doesn't count as an appointment, so you're likely to wait a long time after getting there. On top of that, the wait time display can't be trusted. It said my location had a 0 minute wait when they were booked for the entire day.

Rating this app a 2 because what I assume are backend problems. Salon wait time estimates are completely unreliable. Went to a salon with a 0 minute wait estimate, and waited for over an hour for a cut. This has happened several times. Otherwise, app works fine.

3/17/17 update: App is now working as promised I was able to schedule a time and check-in with my preferred stylist. Super easy! Does not let me check in. The app only gives an option to call the salon. I could do that without an app taking up space on my phone.

Why have an online check in if you can't get me in at the time shown? I arrived there 10 mins early, and had to wait 30 mins and still no service. Absurd. Had been using this place for the last 10+ years but not anymore.

San Diego here. Most of the stores don't have online check in. It should be a requirement for all franchises. Also recommend making this a web app. I hate the idea of having an app installed just to check in once every three weeks.

Pointless. They make it sound like you can do it all with the app so you sign up. I'm sure they just sell your email and phone number to advertisers. If you could schedule an appointment it would be great but otherwise a waste of time. .
