Just installed it and tried to back up my app. When i clicked 'back up' it crashed. Tried it again with sms back up crashed after 'enter file name'

Although it is very clean and neat it gives no ability for the user to view or change backup location. I don't even know where my files are so I can't move them before I reset my phone. Had to delete and go with another program that gives ME control of my information.

I back up my contacts data and try my sending them to my email, and I find that file fails to attach and it says IO error.... I tried to send to different email and still shows the same. Guys u have work seriously hard more with this app.. also the advertisement always keep popping up unwantedly and slow down the app.
