There's no use for this app this app really sucks it doesn't work not user-friendly when it improves ill download it again that's if it's not a waist of my time

This is one of the best apps I have used for managing service requests. Very user-friendly interface and quick response from nearby pros. Very similar to Uber.

Can't get past "set service location" and it says no jobs this month..dumbest app i ever installes

Dan came out and replaced an out-of-date plug for our new dryer. I was given a 7-9 window and he was here at 8. Very friendly and respectful. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The App is SO handy and easy to use. Will definitely refer them to clients and other agents!

Like Sean's said, it's like Uber for homeowner stuff. An electrician or plumber when you need it, and you know what you'll pay ahead of time. I highly recommend Service X based on the service I received today by Dan, the electrician.

I tapped the app and had an electrician at my door within 10 minutes. I love everything about this app! As a mom i especially appreciated the ETA of arrival and the Super arrival indicator on my phone. I knew exactly when the Super was here and was able to prevent doorbells being rung and having my sleeping baby disturbed. I will definitely refer the super app to my neighborhood and friends.

I used the app for the first time this past Saturday to have a new wifi thermostat installed. The technician was fast and knew what he was doing. The only problem I have is that the app doesn't tell you exactly what the estimated cost, rather it appears that it only shows the service fee. I believe it should display the per minute fee plus the service fee.

I used Super for the first time today. Wow, it was Super easy to request someone and it showed exactly where they were the whole time they were coming. This is going to save a lot of time trying to find someone to help out around the house.

Wow, I was kinda surprised how easy and user friendly this was to use. Highly recommend people give this a try.

Since there were no available Supers in my area, Sean himself came out to get the job done! I wanted to suprise my boyfriend with getting a bunch of bricks, rocks, and insulation out from under our crawlspace so we could dove more work on it this weekend. It was a task neither one of us wanted to really do. So I supered it! Sean came out cleaned everything in about an hour! I can't to shoe my BF. It was affordable and had made a huge difference for us. We will be using Super again in the near future.

Great app for service you need when you need it. The part I most dislike about getting repair work done is researching various companies and making phone calls. This skips all that. I had some relatively simple electrical work done very easily. I'm happy to use it again!

I signed up for the service to work as an assistant, delivery person, etc. But how the hell do I know what the job is before I accept it??? I might be available for one service, but not necessarily for another. I've gotten no response to emails. So far....this app sucks.

We had a bad breaker in our basement on Saturday morning. We tried to call some places but all we got was voice mail. We used the Super App and Erik (Murphy Electric) was at our house within about an hour! It's just like Uber, the guy shows up and then it charges you service fee plus parts and then based on time. As soon as he was done (18 minutes), I had a receipt. Erik was awesome and he even helped me out getting my garage door adjusted after he had already turned off the time. THIS IS THE FUTURE PEOPLE!

Easy to get registered, easy to request service. It shows you who is coming, alerts you when they leave and when they arrive. An invaluable tool for anyone who needs home repair in a hurry!
