Used app when staying in Cancun resort, absolute garbage. Free calls to US and CA only and no app needed to do that either as you can use the phones in the room.

Have an android phone the download was successful but it does not open the screen stays dark wt! Will be at the royalton 1'st week in Jan. seems like a useless app. Have rebooted re installed etc etc same thing What gives??
