PDI M+ is created and intended only for Sunway Property CCOs (Customer Care Officers). If you're not Sunway Property CCO, kindly do not install this application to your device.
Primary objective of PDI M+ is to continuously improve the CCO's efficiency and effectiveness of work during the project pre-delivery inspection stage.
CCOs can instantly capture the images of the property unit defect. Collect a list of defects and notify contractor for rectification works. All defect issues will be registered in the PDI system in KP3.0 for monitoring and tracking purposes.
