CCF M+ is created and intended only for Sunway Property CCOs (Customer Care Officers). If you're not Sunway Property CCO, kindly do not install this application to your device.
Primary objective of CCF M+ is to continuously improve the CCO's efficiency and effectiveness of work during the project DLP (Defect Liability Period) duration.
CCOs can instantly capture the images of the property unit defect highlighted by the purchaser. Collect a list of defects and notify contractor for rectification works. All defect issues will be registered in Customer Care Form system in KP3.0 for monitoring and tracking purposes.
