I like the information on why or how each pose is beneficial to you. Doing this first thing in the morning is a great start to my day.
Incorporated mantra and several extra breaths. Love hands at heart center and at crown chakra! Love, peace, balance, strength, forgiveness, gratitude.

This is very gud app and provides full information about yoga. I like it because it explains benefit of each pose, and motivates us to follow in our life.
Brief, doable exercises and sequences. But i would interchange sequence B and C. Because B has more elements of a bit advanced kind.
Easy and simple to follow, not sure about all the things each pose is supposed to fix from an evidence based point of view but definitely can't hurt and improves flexibility.

The directions are easy to follow even if you've never taken a class
Love it, very helpful, benefitted me a lot with the chair sun salutation.
I like the way there are several variations and the directions seem clear to me.
Would love to do it like a timed exercise. Also it will be great if we have a daily reminder feature.

It's a useful one, I started practising by my own after reading this, now I am continuing.
I like that it explains the benefits of each pose and a basic explanation of how to do them. However, I have trouble scrolling through images while doing yoga. I'll be keeping it as a reference guide, just can't actually refer to it mid practice.
