Please note:
Some cities (Berlin, Cologne, and Potsdam) require a vignette placed visibly in your windscreen to inform enforcement that you’re using TraviPay. Download the vignette here: https://travipay.com/vignette/
In case you don´t have the vignette at hand you can also leave a handwritten note with the word „Handyparken“ visibly in your car.
Parking fees conform with the tariff structure of the respective parking operator. In some locations an additional service fee is levied. This is communicated on the sticker at the parking machine.
Taxi:
To hail a taxi, select your pickup address by input of street name and house number or by long-tapping on the map. Please refrain from cancelling a booking after you’ve received the status „Taxi is on it’s way“ and check the T&Cs of our partner bettertaxi (https://www.bettertaxi.de/agb/)

Been using it since it started. Very easy to use. Fantastic there is no excuse for parking tickets now.I got a parking ticket about 6 months ago by mistake when I was using this app.I rang sunhill technology up and over the phone they explained to me over the phone how to fix it up and have it removed in 5 minutes. It was so easy.You should all be using it. It is so easy.

Had to create a new Google account as this blocks British users. Can't add a non-german vehicle. Can't select times longer than four hours. Couldn't set up a payment method for that time.

Thats great. We parked 2 cars. I went to pay at the machine but I could not. It only accepted coins or if you would download the app and could pay with a credit card through it. Thats what we did. 2 hrs later he had been fined and our money 13.50€ charged from my card.

So weit, so gut! Installation & Einrichtung der App, ging ganz zügig und verständlich. Das einzige, was mich stört, dass keine Bestätigungen empfangen werden. Telefonnummer sowie Kennzeichen etc. sind eingetragen und beim Einrichten auch per SMS bestätigt worden. Jedoch nach dem buchen des Park Tickets, erhalte ich keine Nachricht! (Raum Magdeburg)

Kleingeld wäre einfacher gewesen. Vom ersten installieren bis zum Bezahlen vergingen 10-15 Minuten in denen ich: (!)zweimal meine Telefonnummer bestätigen mußte, Ein Konto auf einer Webseite anlegen mußte, die Email Adresse bestätigen mußte, Namen und Adresse ins eine Webformular fummeln durfte, dann auch noch Kreditkarten hinzufügen und irgendwann dann mal bezahlen. Vielleicht akzeptabel für vielbenutzer. Immerhin war ich so lange mit einrichten beschäftigt, dass ich dann auch nur noch 30 Minuten bezahlen mußte :) Dabei hätte es so einfach sein können: wozu braucht man überhaupt meine Adresse oder Telefonnummer oder kredikarte oder noch ein konto auf einer webseite mit passwort? (gebe ich ja auch nicht beim bezahlen durch SMS oder am automaten alles ein). Den Parkplatz über GPS, Kennzeichen eingeben, Bezahlen durch Google play und fertig.

Ich habe die App installiert, meine momentane Auto Position eingeben, Dauer meines parkens eingestellt und Kennzeichen gespeichert... Fertig! Kann ich jedem empfehlen der gerade kein Kleingeld dabei hat. TOP!
