App detective, tried uninstalling/reinstalling a few times. Stuck on "confirm language" window which blocks sign in screen. PLEASE FIX ASAP! Great app when it works!

I looked up ATM locations. Now I'm stuck on a prompt to confirm a language change. It is impossible to login even after doing a Force Stop. Garbage.

very good app, when it works. works great, then some days it don't recognize me, but it doesn't send me temp passcode when I click send to verify me. I end up getting locked out a lot. not fun

I do all my banking on line...their support is great if ever a problem or question...this app. Is convenient and easy esp. With Kasasa

Also had problems with the menu not working and could only check my balances. Uninstalled and reinstalled it and now it works fine

The menu screen doesnt come up every time i log in says u expected error so i cant do anything just look at the balance

On Galaxy S6, the menu bar doesn't come up. I just uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked fine...ONCE. Now it's back to being janky again.

Used to work perfectly, now it will not load..... Please fix

Never had a problem till the last couple of weeks. Called bank and the problem is on their end.

It shows me how much I got in both checking and savings. Plus it also allows me to transfer money between the two. Does everything I need it to.

So many issues on multiple phones over time. I'm seriously considering changing banks.

Ever since I got my new phone a few weeks ago, I've been having issues with quick login because it doesn't recognize my device. Now I just had to verify myself because it always forgets this device or it thinks its a new entity every day

Can't even open the app I'm forced to uninstall the app why have it if you can't use it

This whole process now ... stinks .... I hate it .... bad website ..... fix it ...

Since the last update I can't get into my account. Need some help.

The update screwed the app up...I can't even open it! I have the Note 2 & never had this problem, I was force to uninstall it, & use the website smh...someone should honestly get suspended for a week over this! This is unexceptable, how you not make sure the update works before submitting it for everyone to upload?!?! idiot

So I have to log on to a desk top to verify my account? WTH? I still have to old app on my phone. Why get rid of the old app, it worked perfectly, God I am getting tired of this bank.

Love the updated app! Had to reinstall because the new app is from a whole new online provider, but no big deal. The mobile check deposit feature is so user friendly now. Thanks Sun Fed!

Can't even get into it to sign up. Says to go online first and I can't get anything to load. When I hit the call member support button it says it's not a valid phone number. Why change something that was working?

The new UI and expanded feature set have been needed for some time now. This app is significantly better than the previous one. I do believe that there is a lot of confusion from members about the transition being made and why they need to use a desktop to sign up. That is an account related issue which must be dealt with by all members for any form of online banking (to my ubderstanding). It's a new platform which requires new registration. It's better than the old one, I promise.

Has less features. Why change an app when the one you have is more useful than the new one.
