My Sun Direct App for Android
Very bad service after recharge also we should wait for more then 5 hrs to activate packs.. Worst worst worst. Pls dear friends don't even for try also waste of time, data, Price etc.....
I have recharged my d2h for Rs.1050 using this app for the first time.I am shocked to see that the money gets withdrawn form my account where else the d2h haven't gets recharged. MY whole "Rs.1050" have been sucked by this app with out providing any benefit. So,plz don't go with this app...
Even their fault visits are chargeable,the service tech visited and asked to change receiver and dish holder charged for 150 rs for visiting and accessories additional.later observed some of channels not came . called again the technician charged again .
Not able to login and the more, one guy has came from sundirect service centre in sivagangai district. Bcs, we have some problem to receive the channel properly. He came and change the set-up box as sd+ instead of our HD+ set-up box. After 6months only we get to know that. He has stolen our HD+ setup box. The worst customer service in this company. We have try to contact to the customer care number which is they have mentioned in their company website. It's telling that , that number is not in use.
Hopeless service have recharged Tamil value pack for six month paid through sundirect app.by debit card through Curtis. I didn't get any paid message from from sundirect. I hate it. I tried to call always busy. I can't touch with customer careless center
Always failed transactions are happening when I am trying to do recharge. Money has debited but account is not getting reflects after recharge. After that we have to call to sun direct customer service to explain this situation, then they will ask for the transactions ID for failing transactions, which need to be get from bank side. Very poor response, we have to wait atleast 24H to get the recharge successfully completed.
I didn't see such useless app in my life.. Unable to select the transaction option and if selected, transaction will get failed. If there is zero star, surely I'll select it.
To be honest long back it was economical, its useless now so i will switch to other services soon,Tata or reliance. Mega sports pack is uselss as i am from north and half of south indian channesl are useless. The way its cheating i hope it shuts shop soon and is wiped out. Cheaters
Worst service & app, I made a recharge of 50₹ for add-on it's debited from my bank account & not yet credited to sun direct. When I contact customer care they gave me irresponsible answers."I wish u all please switch to another DTH" because compared to all other DTH services Sundirect provides less channels. I'll give negative rating if play store provides
It's a worst app, what you think about a customer, customer service number is not available, app will not work, online recharge may also not work it only shows megapack. Other service providers are reducing their subscription but it will increase. Now a days cable operators have setup box quality is good, SD card is any format work and finally the subscription is only 100. Please update and give offers for old customer, if not I'll fix cable operator's setup box.
I change my plan last month by using this useless app and i payed the money also. They showing some packages and rates in the apps you can select the package and easily you can make the payment also. But after making the amount they will not give you any channels and services before they said. I called the custumer care they said there is no pakages like this,after they said you have to call and inform the custumer care about the recharging. Is that necessery ? the wrost services i ever seen.
Service is cheap and they are charging more for few channels .And not including all the channels whixh cime under the categiry.this is worst i ever see
Why everyone seems having same problem? I never had any issues , i added many add-on channels and loaded funds using my card and never experienced/encountered any weird problems
No full telugu channels and no quality...last rainy season we did not watch anything because of no signal.and package price also more than other networks...good to change other network.....
Worst app only available for recharge. No reply for the customer call center. No benefits by installing this app. Only tamil channels are more and prefered them more by sun direct.
Retailers and distributors needs mobile app for recharging customers account, etc. App needs many options like add-on purchase, changing RMN, payment history, nearest recharge outlet etc. Please don't make an app like this for retailers also they can't tolerate ..... However your rbuzz website is too good when compared to your mobile app
Don't upload this type of unusual apps..waste of time. Some netizens doesn't understood RMN code and smart card number..
One of the worstest service provider and the customer care, recharged amount not shown in account, called to customer care and complained, executive promised it will be corrected, after 12 hours also nothing has happened. I rate this service provider as worst support. And i will not recommend this service provider to anybody.
I recharged on this app for 2000 and was supposed to get 100 cash back was the offer but I din receive it... Worst experience

Why its not showing telangana state in ur list need to upgrade this old version not showing how deactivate unwanted other language channels. unnecessary we are wasting our money for other language channels
Paytm is better than this app. Tried to recharge for 5 days and continuously called the team for help, but no help. Finally tried with paytm. It worked. Wat kind of issue is this. Seems their rest apis are working better than their own app.
It's one of the worst app i ever used. It can't even serve for its basic purpose of recharging. And the worst part is the developers didn't give any heed for all these negative reviews they are getting. This app is good for nothing.

Don't use this app to recharge your sun direct.. Every time I used this app.. I didn't get recharge.. Amount debit from card.. Shows as Transection Failure.. It's not just 1 or 2 times... Every time I used.. same whole..

Whenever I used to recharge with this app it never worked although they receive money from my bank account but still when I ask at the customer service they say no recharge has been done yet 3 or 4 times they sucked my money and my time . I will kindly request you to please improve your quality of service and don't just focus on earning sometimes you should think about your customers also .

They receive money from our bank a.c. But they will not recharge our dth...after deducting amt.. It again shows... A.c expired... Recharge.

Worst service in whole world i will switch to some other dth connection soon , cheating service. Customer care people eats your brain with stupid questions, showing their irresponsible behavior. Those who designed this app is a worst programmers. This is a junk app. This dth service fails in all aspects requesting all to change your dth connection as soon as possible. Go for better service , more number of channels less cost.
