App use to work. No remote video on cell network
Unable to log into app when on cellular network. Defeats the purpose for remote view
This is an outdated annoying app with limited clumsy festures.
I'm going to return all my cameras if I can't see them on my phone! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New update has help.... I think they went back a version....All working now.....
The latest update has caused the app to completely stop working. Kind of hard to have security when you can't get the camera to work
Fed up with this flaming thing, several times I've had to reset it & now after their latest update it has stopped working & no reply from the website, utter waste of money, going back to Amazon.
Good: Great camera, good customer service. Bad: Server will not let me sign it. It is down a lot. Language barrier in customer service. They try and I appreciate it. It is an expensive item to deal with beta software but I will give them time. Keep up the good work. I wish your team the best.
Recent update just a total failure, can't even log into app. Camera now a useless anchor.

I had some trouble at first but I kept at it. Now I am so glad I did! Love it! I have it set up in my chicken coop and the picture is fantastic! The app is working very well and we are enjoying this a lot! Add five more stars!
I'd give it zero stars if I could because THE APP DOES NOT WORK! I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I even started a new account, reset up the camera,and the app sucks. It doesn't even work. Every time the camera tries to give a live feed the app resets itself and starts over. It goes to the point where it takes over your phone and you can't do anything else with your phone. Had to force stop the app in order to use my phone. DO NOT USE
The app is plagued with problems when it comes to creating accounts and logging in. The camera itself seems to work fine, but if this is the only mobile phone interface then the whole lot will be returned to Amazon. Even if the app were to work fine, the user manual is typically badly written, with a large amount of trial and error required to make your way through it. The port forwarding set up is far from clear. this is not a purchase I would recommend to anyone else at this time.
I have been trying to get the Sumpple P610 too my phone for 4 days but once the screen comes on saying loading it stops & returns to log on screen.
Worst app i have ever encountered. Solid garbage. Plagued with bugs.

Worked reasonably until all of a sudden they just stopped now no matter what I do I can't log in or get them to work what a waste of money!
Well disappointed about the fact they taken the zoom option away after The second last update. Now the camera does not zoom in meaning I lost my distance. This is however my second one. The first one stop recording. Also to view the recordings seems to be a pointless task. The app makes the camera worthless. The only reason I don't give it 1 star is that the camera itself is a strong built. Fix all the bad reviews or loose the app. Which in the the long run will cost you sales.
Wont connect to camera any more. Up intil then it was a great little app. Camera is fine as other pc apps connect to it fine. Some thing wrong with sumple servers or this app!
There's no way to view the video that is being recorded. Whats the point in the camera ?
Okay so first of all the app isn't that great I get it but sumpple keeps upgrading it and trying to make it better I give them five stars for that. their support was awesome most you people who have given bad Stars don't know about much about security cameras. Dude for 200 bucks expect everything to work perfect you have to do some research on cams/apps and help yourself I have no problems with mine I called support they helped me out. O my at 9pm at night so what! support and my cameras work fine.
Works well on my Android. I can control and view from anywhere.
This app falls short of expectations. Once you have it setup works fine but it's a problematic if you have to adjust your setup: I had to Uninstall it in order to delete a camera. Once I reinstalled the app, I tried to connect to the app but I am getting a connection time out. I was not able to get it up and running after that. It's a shame because when I had it working it was great. Not been able to connect or use the application with not allow the great features of the camera to be fully appreciated.
This app is absolute rubbish, problems establishing an account, problems logging in, problems recognising Sumpples own camera, if you do finally get it to work for a short time it will then be constantly time out, oh and Sumpple do not have any customer service. The app, the camera and Sumpple are just a con. Do NOT waste your time in trying to use this app.
No support from Sumpple. App is bad. It worked for a year and then all it does is loop. Have tried to contact Sumpple with no help. Keep getting message app is ok now try again. Sort of like Thank you very much. Ready to throw out cameras and buy better system as I should have in first place
This App absolutely doesn't work. It cannot save the s610 camera info. once you log off, you need to go thru the whole setup process again. I have asked support to look into this, so far no response. Once the app is fixed and proven reliable, I will review and adjust my rating! I finally went to use another App (Tinycam Pro) works great either on wifi or 3g/4g. now when i travel i can log in and view the camera when i receive alerts. It has all the features of the sumpple app. BTW, the s610 IP cam works great.
We both two cameras. They don't work half of the time. We up graded our internet speed. To no avail. I have to crawl in the attic to reset the camera. An the other camera doesn't work at all. I think we need to all file a civil lawsuit. We was under the impression that when we leave our family at home, or go on vacation. We can monitor our home. The company is in other country. You will have to stay up late night to speak with a person. An they can't speak English not good at all
Doesn't work on wireless Internet. Have to keep adding the same camera. All i get is a flashing blue light. Plugged it in to router now I can't log in due to time out.
Does not work most of the time. It freezes and wont scan.

All you get is timeouts.
Not sure source of problem (App or S631 Cameras) but app does not stay connected to the cameras ( sometimes 1 of or all 3 cameras in the system) when away from the local wifi area. When trying to access the camera via the internet, it just goes into a loop saying "connecting" but does not ever connect. I can get it to connect but only when I return home to the local wifi/camera area and rebooting them via the app (or by disconnecting/reconnecting power).
Works well when the app can actually connect to the camera but that's rare.
Application works well with a Sumpple S610 camera. I suggest one big improvement: default to GET mode on the stored positions page. Currently it defaults to SET mode which means if you touch any button on the page, you have destroyed your previous setting for that position. UPDATE: They have added my suggestion... increased rating to 5 stars.

Seriously I haven't gotten any help from your company and when I followed the link to see your web page at the bottom of the screen it took me somewhere that had nothing to do with sumpple wifi ip cams. I spent a lot of money on this stupid camera that I can't get back so in short.. I hope this affects sales for your shotty company.
