About Survey-It
Survey-It helps you measure distance and measure land area in places you may visit or own. You can use Survey-It to get measurements of distances traveled, to bread-crumb your location (so you won't get lost), or measure a field or yard.
Survey-It allows for simple land measurement and area measuring. Please keep in mind that the accuracy of this tool is only good as the GPS on your device.
With the pricing calculation feature, make a quick cost estimate for quoting jobs.
Use user-provided offline maps when not in mobile internet range.

Works great in the field, but whenever I review plots that have already be measured using the app the total area changes. One day it's 2 acres, the next day 6. Doesn't make any sense.

Accuracy- +/-10%. User friendly-Can plot points easily. Tried few apps, this was the best one. Was able to survey my house plot. Good job

Had some trouble as I was trying to find the size of a large pond. Work good as I was walking. But if you stop it skips around a bit. I'm it was my first time using it. I don't know all the ins and outs. But I think it worked good. For what I was doing. Plus it help me find properly pins on a 52 acre farm in the snow. That was great!!!

I often have to discover outside telephone copper and fiber plant at customer campuses. I note that when a pin is selected there is a trash can to delete it; can an "annote" button also be added so that notes can be entered for the pin, E.G "manhole cover #3 under tree"

Would be nice to have a better compass. Had problems with trying to edit pins. Kept wanting to add more pins when I was trying to move existing pin. Also no matter how I pinned site it always crisscrossed so had to move pins to get the measurements. Would also be nice if the units were displayed on the connecting lines to get a more accurate acreage on large plots.
