Everything works wonderfully. I love that I can use my phone and a hand held monitor when I'm home. I can check in on my little guy when im at work or out with the girls. I have not had troubleshooting issues like so many others have. The only actual complaint is that I cannot adjust anything or zoom in like I can on the home monitor. Otherwise, stellar product.

suddenly app will not load on my phone or my husband's. we both have galaxy s7's. have restarted wireless unit, camera, our phones. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. still just sits at "loading" on the camera page. monitor unit works fine. not sure what the issue is, worked fine until yesterday. nothing that I know of has changed with our devices or isp

Worked for awhile but it consistently tells me that there are too many people logged in (when that is not the case). Called the company and they were unprofessional but eventually reset my account, which solved the problem for about a month. Now the same problem is back. Don't make a mistake and buy this camera system.

Changed password, I'm able to log in on their website but every time on ios or Android "user password does not match" two Web cams bought new and useless!... Deleted app to refresh and only one single family account. Money wasted!

Installed monitor. Set up internet, user name, and password. Used same exact username and password to login to app and it keeps saying invalid username and password. It's not. I checked and double checked. It's a defect in the app. Reviewing everyone else's comments, they have had the same problem and this has been a longstanding issue. Obviously the company and developers have not cared to have it fixed. That being the case, I would strongly recommend that people not purchase this crap.

Showing out if range , but sound on and picture gone. Then shows picture and sound off. Bad product having difficulty since installed.

I don't have any issues with this app. There is a little delay but I can still see my baby fine and I can tell when his eyes are open or closed.

Worked up until recently. Now it's just a colorful paperweight. When it worked it was great. I have not seen so many this angry at a product since Trump University Alegidly defrauded all its students. Don't by any Summer Products. They must be doing this on purpose probably due to some lawsuit that we don't know about yet like patent infringement or trademark infringement how could a product be this bad and so simple to fix I guess we'll never know. Maybe Bernie Sanders will fix it.

We have been using this monitor for about 2 years. We have not experienced the issues discussed below. Anytime we got the camera offline message it was usually simple troubleshooting issues. Such as the receiver needed to be reset, the power bar accidentally got switched off, or the connection between something somewhere got loose. Never had any sign on trouble. That said it is a simple app. You can't let the sound play in the background and use your phones other apps. So I usually turn my laptop on.

I can't sign in more than half the time. Keeps saying camera offline. And it's more of a check-in monitor since it times out. But I got it on sale, and I can see why. You get what you pay for. I got it mostly just to see my baby while I'm at work. So it serves that purpose, when I can sign in. But you can't rely on this alone for a monitor.

I haven't been able to connect for 2 days now. I get a message swaying "maximum amount of user logged in. Try back later." The thing is.... no one is logged in! Try back later? It's been two days! This is worthless without the internet capabilities. It's why we got it. I called customer service got a nice guy who took my # and said he'd call me back before end of business day with an answer about the problem.....still waiting

I have used this app for almost 3 years now on both android and Apple systems. Sometimes there is a lag or delay, but usually associated with internet connection. Also have to remember only 3 users can view online at once so if you are logged in on other devices you might not be able to view. Otherwise a very dependable app, love being able to see my kid.

Okay I tried to be fair and not jump to the worst conclusion but most of the reviews are correct. The app is not what good. I've had most if not all of the problems with it that all the other parents have had. Login, horrible reception, the works! I bought the monitor for my wife as a Mother's Day gift and it was a complete fail. You have made what should have been a good thing a very bad thing.

Terrible picture. Wont connect most days and customer service is rude. However if i had as many problems as they have just from the reviews here i can see why resorting to rudeness would be easier than actually fixing the product and app.

This is a great monitor when its working. Ive so many connection failures lately though. Right now it's currently telling me my username or password is wrong. I know for a fact its right because it's the same login every time! Thinking about buying a different video monitor that might work better

This is such a piece of crap. I was so excited when I got this for mothers day and it seriously wont even let me login to set anything up. Wish I wouldve seen reviews about how crappy the app is before I said I wanted this monitor!! Im hoping I can send it back

I dislike the fact that the monitor frequently "times out" and suddenly "stops responding". How are we supposed to keep watch on our little ones if the app constantly quits? It does it after 5 to 10 mins.

We consistently have to go troubleshoot with the actual devices to get it to work. It says camera offline 99% of the time. Works fine for a week and then its back to turning off and on the devices.

I love being able to see my baby girl from work on my phone, but almost 75% of the time it says "camera offline". I get the disconnecting somewhere but almost every log in? I don't want to have to check my router every time :(

I bought this for the internet monitoring feature. Unfortunately, their web feature was most likely developed in a day or 2. No registration, no "Forgot your password?" link. Nothing. Very poor. I'll be returning the entire product.

It opens to a screen that says enter a user name & password I did that it says it's invalid Ok no options or selections or instructions on how make it valid. Do I have to create an account somewhere else then enter the info? Or with the other Summer app do I even need this one? Looks like to operate within the home I need one app & outside the home I need this one. But the other one says I need an upgrade to the app but doesn't tell Me how to obtain it. Definitely confused. Purchased 6 months ago because it was the only model I could find with internet AND baby monitor. Had little trouble with setup. Main complaint is after power failure must manually power on the gateway. Huge problem when out of town. Otherwise pretty happy.

Will no longer allow me to log in using my phone. That was the whole point of this monitor and now I can't use it. Overall I'm becoming very disappointed in all your products. I have now tried uninstaling and reinstalling the app. Rebooting the Internet and the monitor box. And 3 different devices.

I have had our monitoring system for almost two years. We have looked past the poor quality video viewing BC we love checking in on our LO when we are out!! But now it keeps failing to log in. I hope this problem is resolved quickly, as there would be no other reason to buy a better quality monitoring system.
