About Wifi Buddy: Live Monitor Tool
Wifi Buddy is a monitoring tool for your Wi-Fi signal.
Even utility apps can be beautiful, yet highly functional!
Switch on Live Monitor and as you move around, the app tells you strength of the Wi-Fi signal you are connected to in real-time. It beeps and sends you alerts when the strength dips below a certain threshold, telling you that place is where the signal goes low.
If you enable background monitoring (via Settings) the app will let you carry on with your tasks, silently running in the background, alerting you to low signal spots.
Wifi Buddy uses Android’s much talked about new Material Design, friendly user interface and easy to read graphs.
Other features (for the geeks) include:
- Monitor interval customization (via Settings)
- View various stats
- Toggle Background Monitoring (via Settings)
- Scan neighbouring Wi-Fi networks with custom sort ability
- Detailed information about your Wi-Fi network

I needed a tool to monitor my WiFi and see if it was dropping out. I installed 5-6 other "monitors" that were really just informational tools about my connection. Finally, THIS was what I needed. It works beautifully, nice historical display, stats, etc. Good job, thanks!

Useful app for people who experience signal drops in their wifi . It gives accurate representation using graphs and there`s even an option which lets u get the overall percentage of ur wifi signal strength . overall the app is really good :]

Either developer lies it's broke, not user friendly, and or boast's about things it plainly DOESNT DO. Wifi clearly dipped, even went totally out to 0%, though this app said WIFI signal was still strong @ 90%-99% strong, while off?? lol. I maybe slow, but NOT stupid, lol.
