please dont use this app. i have booked ticket of bus through this app and they even dont sent me mail me or inform me in any way...i have to pick up other bus.more over when i complaint about this thing they even not provide satisfactory answer.and they also not confes about their fault.i also dont get any cash back....dont use such humbang application

Had booked a ticket through it.... They deducted the money and then tickets were not confirmed when I called to inquire about the conformation which was 20 minutes before the show they said its transaction was failed.... I was not informed about it when it was failed... money was deducted from account but was given back in fast tickets wallet so I will have to book again to spend that money... Not at all recommended

Pathetic. This app is useless and is a waste of time. Always shows server down. I haven't been able to use this app even once.

Because many time calling not receive my Call.. I many problems my post paid billl pay in error always...

Don't Download this app because in Bank acc amount is transfer into wallet but any type of transaction like bill payment is not successful ...all time Same problem " Error "... Please make the Server string and solve the technical problems within the 24 hours..

It's a pathetic app. You can't book tickets... Its just full of errors and hang ups... Its better to book ticket through bms rather than tolerating this nuisance...

Just for name sake its an app,none of its operations are active. Doesn't accept any movie booking. Not good.

Recharge not credit on mobile but balance deduct after 2hrs recharge done every time same problem

Worst app that i have ever seen in my life.. Never recommend to anyone because it has many bug, errors. Recharge showing successful but not received order id = FTRCMA1704242374046 Recharge showing successful from yesterday but not received till now. Also sent many mails to fastticket registered email id.Also contacted to my operator customer care and they said there is no recharge done on your mobile number. Please refund my money because this an error or bug in your app which comes again and again while processing recharge and showing it is successfull even it was a failed recharge. You can also also verify the same with my operator customer care (airtel) So. Please initiate my full refund of 49rs in wallet otherwise i will definitely go to consumer court...

While doing any transaction bill pay, recharge, movie ticket booking or bus booking it always gave error never make transaction easily....

There is money in my please help me to use that money I send email they sent me that send I'd proof and bank statement I added money on January and then I not added any money to the wallet by bank I added money by ola money option what should I do now please help me to use my money

Error ko dur nhi kiya jata hai , recharge bhut pending me jata hai , nd kuch company ka recharge temporary unavailable show kr ta hai. Query ka ans. Customer ko turant nhi milta
