FreeNote+(2012) for Android
Please feel free to contact flyable@gmail.com if you have any questions.
Import FreeNote data into FreeNote+ using Backup/Restore function.
If it says "The license is not checked", please turn on the background data connection and try again. Once it is checked, the license will be cached in the device.
Thanks for your support!!
Easy to use and very practical. Like it! the box ''check license" always pop and keep asking to register and to evaluate even after I already paid and evaluated !?!
How do move notes from older freenotes to freenotes+
This is a very nice and well built app. I just wish it would sync with my PC. That would make it fantastically useful for business meetings.
This is a great app to take professional notes without looking down frequently.
please add more pages style and calendar main page i cant change the calendar background please
I can easily draw alongside my notes. Found this app better than others
Free = without cost or payment
I've tried a lot of note taking apps and this one has the best feature set and is very usable. Price is a little steep, but worth it.
Keeps moaning for good reviews when it should be thinking of improving a mediocre application
An excellent app in all ways but as it gets better it also gets bigger and needs to be moved to an SD card. Erik with lg esteem / a500
Permet d'écrire de dessiner des liens très agréable facile top
All this program needs now is sync with drop box or something. You can write, type, draw, insert photos, export to pdf, and a whole bunch of other goodies. I'm impressed!
Lotta possibilities with this....support for dev and future innovations ....million$++ app in the making....cheers....supportRus
This app can do more than any other similar app I have tried. Typing, handwriting, drawing, importing photos right onto the page where you can resize and position them. Record audio, set up hot links and hyperlinks. The list goes on and on. Your search for the perfect note/writing app is right here. Good job devs, please keep improving and don't abandon us loyal supporters.
Every time I opened it.
How do move notes from older freenotes to freenotes+
Thus is as cool as Drafts is in ios. I think you both should get together and have a baby :-D
All I need is syncing notes across multiple devices.
Excellent best quick written notes plus so much more.
A good idea but not well executed
Love the addition of .pdf export. One problem I have that I never noticed before is that if you draw and do text on the same page, the drawing does not scale with the handwritten text. I had highlighted a bunch of notes, and had to figure out zoom to see what I had highlighted. Would like to see quality options in the future for pdf export. Much easier than upping pixels. Would also like to see password box *** instead of seeing the password. My favorite app for taking notes by far, though.
The ultimate Galaxy Note productivity tool. Take notes in the most versatile way and keep organized.
Typing, handwriting, scribbling, plus visual and audio media. All easily created on the same Page. With pdf output and sharing aswell. Thank you :-)
Excellent program for taking notes on Nexus 7.
Love it! Can do so much with this app. Awesome widget too. Why do you keep on asking for license though. Might have to uninstall ...
Can't use external SD after upgrade.
Bought this to compensate dev for amazing free app. Great work best note taking app by far so versatile! Please add shape correction like snote(hard I guess)
I can say that this is the first time that I have ever taken the time to write a review on an app, and it is for good reason. I purchased this app with the intention of using it as a support to my laptop for taking notes on diagrams and equations in class (currently a graduate student). I found this app to be nothing short of disappointing. It was very difficult to learn and use. For instance, to scroll down on a page when in "paint" mode, you have to switch to FreeHand or Keyboard, hit the enter key many times, then switch back to paint. This takes a good 30 seconds or so to do, making it very difficult to keep up with the notes. Most notably, was the incredibly poor compression when converting to PDF. I had planned to be able to access notes, once taken, from my PC, or print them out for later use. This plan was quickly squashed when I started converting the notes. I found the majority of the hand written notes to be extremely blurry and pixelated at best, and the pictures that I took of the boards with the app were completely illegible. I have since switched to Papyrus and I am 1000x happier with the outcome.
This note-taking app is amazing! I've evaluated FreeNote for over 6 months, and use it for all my note-taking in class, so it's time to support the developer by purchasing FreeNote+. __ Unlike ASUS SuperNote (bundled with my TF300T, and a major reason for buying the tablet), FreeNote has no limit on page size, so I don't need to watch the screen for the bottom of the page while typing. __ I can type with the TF300T keyboard dock, scribble or draw with the touchscreen, and undock to embed a quick photo of the whiteboard directly into my note, then export the entire page as PDF to share with classmates. FreeNote is perfect!
I use this app daily and have no complaints. There is a free version that has all the same features so you can test/use for as long as you need... I suggest you do that but be warned, you will probably fall in love with it like I did. :) After using for quite a while I found that I had to support this Dev. $6 is not to high a price to pay for a tool with tons of spot on features, a straight forward UX, quick response time on phones and tables, and constant updates.
I've used handrite, lecture notes and antipaper quite a bit after having tried and moving on from freenote. All of those other apps had pros and cons. None of them had the breadth of features and imo, well integrated experience that I get with FN+. By far the best app. Update April 2013- Wow... now I can't use freenote without an internet connection for licensing? Kind of worthless now when at work. -4 stars. Switched to Handy Note..
Im very bad at organizing notes in paper form. Pluse when taking notes on paper you can not wright someting between previous lines that you forgot. This app is great for meetings at the office and while on the go. I bounce between the keyboard note taking feature and the handwritten note taking feature. I also use the still shot camera if someone wrote notes on the whiteboard that i need to remember. I want to suggest using a stylus for the handwritten note taking feature. I find doing it by writing with your finger is a long and anoying process. The backup notes is a must do in case you have technical problems. It was a savior for me when I had to get a new tabled because the screen on mine broke. This is great for both students taking notes in class and for people taking notes on the job weather it be in the office or on the go.
Well, having tried it all, this app definitely excels in stylus usability and experience. BUT the palm rejection does not work well (the writing area malfunctions when in the center). You still have to hit enter at the right margin, which appears out of nowhere (a gesture for enter/ new line is essential). The filing system is not intuitive and categorization is difficult. Yet, I use this app because it is the best in its category albeit the fact that there is a lot of room for improvement.
Motorola XOOM I bought this app to replace the scribbling notes I carry around, which I always end up misplacing. This amazing app has taken care of this problem for me. Some improvements like being able to arrange files in individual folders would really be useful. Regardless, awesome app, works well with my Dagi Stylus p508.
This is truly unique in that you can create additions from your everyday notes to a dynamically created to do list. Brilliant touch. This has replaced my paper pad in all meetings (i spend approx 6 hours per day every day in meetings) this tool has enabled me to use nexus 7 and stylus to change how i keep record of everything i do. Only thing it needs is the ability to add alarm dates and priority to to do items and maybe OCR and it would be a truly killer app. Well dome and thanks.
Toshiba Thrive I got this app when it first came out. There were some issues so I contacted the programmer who made changes and sent out an update the next day. Since then, any issue I have I contact Flyable and another update comes out right away. The program is amazing! You can hand write and undo any mistakes, add in hand drawings and even photos (very useful during lecture), and now it has a function to be exported to PDF! I send my notes to classmates and they are amazed by how well they are formatted! Another great feature is typing on a keyboard. Of all the apps I use (including the HD PRO version of Quick office) this is the ONE app that as never crashed on me and never lost one bit of data! I got the app when it was free but chose to donate when the option became available. It is well worth 4x the cost!
This is a great tool now you can batch notes together and export them to PDF. The ability to be able to insert sketches is great and easy to move them around the page. When using handwriting mode I like the ability to be able to insert new text between previous handwritten text similar to how you would when keyboard entered. The only downside and is not the fault of the application but the android onscreen soft keys get in the way and accidently send you back to the android home screen.
Really great idea and execution. PDF export basically made this perfect. Upgraded after using the free version for a few months. I look forward to smoother functionality and more features. I use this app all the time and it continues to be worth the money. Higher resolution output for PDFs would be appreciated.
I think I have downloaded and tested every note app on the store. Without question to my mind this is the most intuitive and useful note app available. Along with a good stylus and Freenote I have been able to trash all of my paper notebooks and todo lists. As I electronically scribe my notes I simply insert a todo where I need to and my list is self maintaining. Each night I batch my notes and share them out for backup. It's very easy although with a few added features I could eliminate some keystrokes. It would be nice to be able to hot key selected insert functions. Great job!
