Barcode Generator / Reader

This app is very cool. It works just fine but is lacking an exit option. I hate having to hit the back button a bunch (depends on how much you did in the app) of times to exit the app. 5 stars one the exit button is added. Verizon Gnex

After I installed this app then I have a sudden thought. Why would a QR generator wanna access your phone number? Why please explain? (uninstalled)

Creates a cool-looking QR code. But when I sent the code to a BlackBerry, it showed as corrupted. This app can't seem to provide any info on codes I photograph. Will likely be uninstalled. I just wanted to find prices on unmarked items in the shops!

But doesn't read off camera directly. The closest thing is taking a photo then telling the app to look at it. Not a user friendly experience. On that note, qr code is AMAZING

Its ok not proper barcodes though. At first When I was downloading I thought it was a scanner but any way its not the worst app but its not the best app either. Sorry 3/5!

Excellent, i love this!! The next thing you guys need to do is nake an app that generates fake ID's :)

Some features like reading from camera and searching the result on the web, sharing the app itself for friends and some key positioning, like reading file is hidden by default exept you hit the options button, if you make all options atractively visible is good.

Generates perfectly, which is what I wanted it for. Only reads existing images, which doesn't bother me, I have barcode scanner for that.

No capability to generate from info already on phone? Pretty half assed!

i was able to write m name and create a bar code out of it. posted to facebook and when you scan with QR reader, it would recognize it and display my name. Fantastic concept. Very well done!

Why do you need access to our mail and SMS. Explain and I'll re-rate you. Antivirus avast nailed it.

I downloaded this app so that I can decode a barcode from an already existing picture. It was unable to do that for me which is why I gave it a low rating.

I don't know how well it worked; I uninstalled it as soon as I realized you can't scan directly from the camera.

Would given it better rating if one could read barcode directly instead of a snapshot.

If you live in the uk, pay attention to your mail as it arrives, lots of companies are using MATRIX /QR based tags on envelope windowed mail

I don't need the price comparison stuff and all those nonsense. I just want to obtain info from the bar&QR codes and also generate them on the fly so no extra typing and copying is needed. Well done, keep up the good work, add a simple menu interface to get to scanning using camera/image right away so the barcode image isn't unnecessarily saved in the phone/card. Thanks!

Camera integration is real bad. Picture always out of focus. Works well with imported pictures.

Am I missing something? No direct read of data to be shared? Makes this slower than just grabbing your friends phone and typing yourself !

Nice App ! I can store my all personal data in Barcode language.

Used it just for reading but it dosent read any barcodes even the huge ones

Doesn't work within browser, messages from barcodes aren't exportable to browser, contacts etc.

Great. Missing only app support. Perhaps provide an icon mode instead drop down to increase usage speed.

Only QR codes supported Stated as "reader" though no scanning support.

Great app. Does at it says. You can rename the codes, just look for them in yr files. Samsung Galaxy S...

Best qr code app in my opinion. Just need a paid version...the ads are annoying.

Good, however it doesn't have as many types as I would like.

Works great, could do with contact integration, and maybe an option for apps.
