It opens but that's all it does on my Moto 4. Errors for every function. Says I can add up to ten users. For what, see my bill? No tv for Android. What are you afraid of?? We'll use your precious data stream? Your service is already so expensive you should be the king of features with your prices....

For anyone who gave a 1 star rating because "all you can do is view bill and account information" I don't think they realize that's what this app is for. It's not for watching live TV it's not for coding a new web page, it's not even for checking your email. I don't care what you expect for "the year 2016" but an app to view account information and pay bills is just that. This isn't the entire service of Suddenlink on your phone. I know it says that but to expect something like that is unrealistic and dumb.

how does this app get more than 1* ?!? people must be thrilled that they can see their bill from a phone. the iOS version lets you watch tv, but this android version does nothing.

If all you want is to view and pay bill, it's great. If want anything else, such as viewing your stupid bandwidth cap then your out of luck.

Can't watch live tv??? its only good to pay your bill...unless of course you own an apple product...almost 2017 unacceptable. Switching to Direct TV in January

just cause u miss one month of bills they will double charge u for an additional month never work with them

I used this app to check my bill and pay it. It was fine until it stopped working in September and will not update

I have a galaxy s6 and cannot watch TV on my app...all I can do is view my bill, it's 2017...let's get a better app and quit being so cheap

Cannot watch on-demand or any other cable tv content on this Android app. Kinda defeats the purpose.

the app description says 'and more' and more what? I guess paying my bill through an app is ok... but really? I'm old,true... but this 'technology' suddenlink uses is ancient! get with the program people! get a clue from other providers (xfinity,dish, even Netflix ) on how to make this app actually useful. water is wet... he he he...

Account info only for Android. Watch shows on IOS. You can launch via browser but requires every channel app for the channel you want to watch. Not cutting the mustard SuddenLink!

Basically useless if u use android instead of apple. I can pay my bill that's it. Can't watch on the go like they claim

There are too many fake reviews simply stating things not unlike "THIS IS THE BEST THING SINCE JESUS!"..... Seriously? All it does is let you see your bill, I was led to believe this app would tell me how much data I've used..... Nope, such a simple function yet it fails spectacularly.

App is crap. More importantly Suddenshit is crap altogether. I can't stream ANY AMC because their b.s. arguing. DROPPING SUDDENLINK ASAP. stay away from their horrible "service"

I hate Suddenlink. Unfortunately they're all that's available where I am. No To Go, no On Demand. No customer service, the MOST annoying voice prompt system EVER. I'm a prisoner.

I'm so sick of all the tv commercials saying how I can watch all my suddenlink content anywhere with the app. The only thing my app offers is paying my bill. Where is the option to download or stream anything??

Does exactly what the description says it does. People complaining clearly didn't read the description. From what I understand in order to record and stream on the go you need to have a TiVo stream

Just got suddenlink because we were told we can stream tv to any device with the suddenlink app. What they didn't tell us is the app to stream movies is only on iPhone. I pay 171$ a month and the stream service sucks. Any one looking to be able to stream to your phone I would recommend Dish or Direct tv. I am going to be taking my business elswhere

Suddenlink is the worst I've ever seen.cable and wifi cut out all the time.but they will always charge you full price for nothing.

I want to find out if my area has an outage. My internet is down. It would be nice if there was a way to check the status of service in my area.

You have a 15 second window to do anything and when u confirm what you want the app shuts off and you cant be sure anything even happened. Great for seeing your bill. Sucks for getting anything done

Can use to see your bill but that's it if you have an android device No streaming or downloading like the commercial implies.

The ios version lets you watch TV. They need to port this to Android

The year is 2016 and suddenlink is once again behind the curve. In other news, water is wet and the sky is blue. This time they managed to bungle their android app by not allowing you to watch live TV, a feature direct TV and Dish mastered ages ago. Nice job! Joining Direct TV and not looking back.

When your services (internet, tv) don't work, neither does this app. When they do work, this can't find anything wrong with your services. What a joke.
