Celgene Patient Support® is excited to bring you the Successful Start App, an easy-to-use tool that puts access assistance at the fingertips of HCPs, office staff, patients, and caregivers, helping you easily:

1) Connect with Celgene Patient Support® and begin the patient enrollment process.
2) Access and share Celgene Patient Support® financial assistance brochures with patients who have been prescribed a Celgene oncology product.

About Celgene Patient Support®
Celgene Patient Support® is a comprehensive assistance program that provides a dedicated, central point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) who use Celgene hematology and oncology products.

Your Celgene Patient Support® Specialist will help identify financial assistance options for patients, and assist with the process of verifying insurance coverage for Celgene medications. Celgene Patient Support® may be able to help patients reduce their co-pays to $25 or less if eligible.
