Seems like it pings the server before it enters the main screen. It's a bit annoying when my Internet connection is not fast. also, some teaching Would stop at 1:30 before the teaching ends.

Only thing so far I'd suggest would be in the news section, I think, put the title in the text section also. It's getting cut off when the list is show because the date is added to the line also.
