Hi people. It is working fine for me. The IMEI error did appear to me aswell during first login attempt. Later it worked. What I did is, I simply closed the application as we normally close an application in android by swiping on the individual apps. I restarted. It worked. No more errors. At the first launch, I gave the required permissions that the app asked. The good thing is, it allows us to create and review our cases/issues and then someone in the backened works and resolves it. We get proper sms confirmations aswell. Thanks.
Triple play is by and far the worst service provider , has no customer service,no means of fixing connections, provides sub standard services....never go for triple play
the app is good but i think it is still in developement phase, lots of things are improper, like u can not check new plans, DATA IS AWESOME
Useless. Crashes every time. Can't even make payment.
How many times I told them close my connection due to some reason but they are not closing.

App never works, if u call customer service to complaint. No one picks the call. By chance u get connected, all they can say "check karwalete hain". Worst service, and 3rd class sorry 5,6,7 th class customer service.
Application has bug for netbanking. Does not give complete users information such as available plans,past payment history, data consumed etc.

What is wrong in your process and service, was happy with all but few things are unbelievable .. Can't log in for payment part, apps doesn't gets log, customers support team have no idea and clue.. Can't solve my payment issue ?? Please help ur clients at lest to processed
My internet is not working from last 03 days and I am not getting a satisfactory response from your customer care. I do not have any other contact details that's why raising a complaint through play store via reviewing ur app.

Customer care do not pick calls on time and also do not respond to the issues.
Should not give even 1 star. I have changed my plan n it is still showing old data.
From last 10 days my internet is not working and no one is receiving my call, whoever receives my call is just giving numbers nobody is bother to solve this. I will never recommend anyone triplay. I will now even complaint regarding this to consumer court.
