Worthless app with worst performance. What's the need of this app if people can't pay through it? Just to check the data usage? Besides, performance is getting worse day by day after tariff hiking. The most irritating part of their service is: "TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE". When you need to contact them, u'll get not rechable 9 times out of 10. And inspite of repeated complaint calls the service provider is unable to provide the service on time and moreover they sometimes do not give ears to the problems.

An app which is good for nothing. Showing only usage data. There is no option for online payment. Still I need to go to office to pay and then need to make a call to activate. In this digital age which is unbelievable!

well i pretty like the app as it's easy for the communication. you can raise any complain regarding the internet issue and they will call you and the most likely thing is that they let you know the status of the complaint through mail and sms also. i like it. you may try it . pmpl thank for the app.

This is like an entry level overview. No empowerment to customers. No online payment, plan modification, lodge complaints, viewing status of existing complaints, online chat for technical assistance, speed test, .. This is just for the heck of kind of app.. Did not like it.. Try to improve.. Its competitive market..

Its good to see that one user can edit their own info like Name, Address, Phone Number, email etc but its not worthy enough in today's digital era... Start Online Recharge option AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... otherwise you deserve only 1 or 2 stars..

But has losts of problems, online payment system not integrated, No Valid Invoicing system is given . I think there is something wrong into the business network I insisted for invoice to local operator they said to contact corporate when contacted corporate they said to contact local, the local operator only gives handwritten bill (no vat I'd no tin /CST I'd there) Most other isp operators give valid invoice through the portal and email I'd too. somerhing is wrong here...

Speed is too good in my locality. I have been using this broadband since 2013 but never fell any serious issue. Thank you PMPL for this seamless network service. Online payment method is good and fast. Dont face any issue. Can choose my require plan very easily. But they do not send any receipt to email.

Two slow internet.....please increase your speed....i pay more than 700 fr 1Gbps nd its hardly provide 512kbps speed....hardly...i tried logging in..but its says u have no rights...what does tht means?????help me soon... will u plz answer me???

Next feature you will add log in button just click and access .Now this situation always goto your site then log in it's a main problem for me ...

Overall the app is good but I need Recharge option then we dont need to wait for local distributor.I can easily Recharge when I need. Please do something for that. Then it will become very useful app ever.

Worst of then 2G internet.....provide 6hrs connection in a day.....worst class in braodband service...should never try this....its a total suicide....spam this service provider

The app asks for permission, when i allow says screen overlay detected. Cant use at all.

Please add a online recharge option in website and/or app. Please!! it will be very helpful for all of your users. USE INSTAMOJO increase some amount if necessary.
