Theory, Practice! for Android
It was nice
Works great on HTC amaze with gingerbread 2.3.4!
Very nice and useful app
Very stupid!
It doesn't have all the intervals. Needs all twelve to get 5 stars.
if diminished chords were also added that would help greatly. this app is a great help for ear training though!
This app is great! If you put the level as expert you get many more chords. First time rating an app so i really like it. Thanks to the developer!
Would be nice to be able to replay to review the ones you missed. Also the questions don't seem to be randomized. I often get the same interval repeat
Not bad but search for petfect ear its waaay better.
Notes are too far away and hard to recognize
Dnt Gt mistkn. It is d shitest app Eva!!!!
Great, but change the olive background, add a counter, harmonic intervals, and improve sound quality.
Not real theory. Ear training!!
Only thing missing for five stars is the possibility to reexamine those intervals that aren't correct
Sound inprovement needed
Very helpful for ear training Only wish option for how long answer would stay on screen
Nice but needs more options like intervals played together and chords arpeggiated, etc.
Very useful for ear training everywhere!!!
Good
Good stuff
I'm no programmer or I would at least have a look at continuing development of this app. It's sooooo useful and has done wonders for my singing.
A shame development has stopped :/. Integrating Interval/chord/scale training from standard notation as well as audio would be very useful. Amazing app, but slightly limited.
Try focus on the players weakness....at least plot a graph or draw a chart to show our progress it anything....try adding more intervals like minor third or augmented seventh....dividing into different levels office difficulty may also be helpful...instead of only scales or intervals or chords......why dont we have a test for pitch as to help us pitch perfect..... besides do make it more colorful instead of only black grey and white.....instead of piano sounds .....sounds of violin Viola cello us good also.
It would be A LOT better if the app focused on the weaknesses of the user rather than randomly choosing a question..
Could use more types of scales but it's perfect for my purposes.
Looking forward to using this for my aural perception class. Only addition I would like is the choice to play both of the notes in the interval together.
If you are a student and need to practice for the Uni xams this app is great. You can practice all basic theory topics and keep improving your skills
This seems very useful for those who already know what all the terminology means. But the app should at least have links to websites where I can learn what major/minor triad or augmented triad means, as well as the scales.
This app is amazing, it's helping do awesome in AP Music Theory so if you need help in scales, intervals or chords then choose this app, and It's free!!!
For the record, whoever said there are only 8 intervals in music needs to keep her mouth shut - you're spreading incorrect information.
Good app! But guys if your going to be critical, know your music, dont ask them for more than 8 intervals there are only 8 :-) and only one octave.
Sometimes my sony x10 closes some parts of the program option, like the one that teaches u a simple song. To know ahead would have saved me some money
cause it doesn't work on ice cream sandwich tablets. Dies on launch on my Xoom.
Jon, this is a free app, and there's no simple song. I think you are talking about a different app!
Helped me get into the most prestigious university for music in the country
Intermediate chords triggers major/minor chords but no option to select it.....
Although it is a good app, the major issue for me is that in interval recognition, I cannot choose to remove the number of half steps from the button.
Wonderful for chords. Thanks, and blessings with the baby!
Ugly but functional ui. No complaints.
