Subdine-Discount Food Ordering

App was good earlier. But not reliable now. My order was booked, but there was no call back, mail or SMS. Their number wasnt working either. When I called the restaurant, they informed that no order had been received.

I've been using this app regularly since its launch and was very happy with it. But there has been mismanagement of late. 2 days back I had to reorder food thrice. The third time, I got no acknowledgement call and I had to call back and no one from Sub Dine dared to pick the call. This was around 15 minutes or so after they called me to inform that my previous order could not be processed. I called the restaurant and they said they didn't get any intimation from Sub Dine. Irresponsible service.

I really appreciate the team and the service. Once I placed an order when i was very hungry and wanted to get my order soon, at the blink of an eye the customer care executive rang to me for confirmation and within 30 minutes I received my order. Sincerely thanking SUBDINE.

I have been using this app for a long time now but off late I found a few issues. Firstly Subdine should stop calling the customer back for confirmation. This will delay the overall process and food will be delivered late. For a first-timer, u can call them to confirm the order. People who use the app frequently would know the order and need not be contacted for confirmation. Please try to improve the service and increase the no of restaurants before big players like Zomato n FoodPanda enters Trivandrum !

This app doesn't seems to work.Nobody picks up the subdine helpline.Order was given to Dawat Restaurant,Kazhakottam through this app and later came to know that they don't accept orders through subdine though their name and menu appears with discount.Disappointing and waste of time.

Made an order 2 hours ago still no response. Have tried calling them at least 4 times. But they have been hanging up every time. Pure waste of time

Now this app makes me happy and 'un-hungry' every time. Beautiful app. Great work guys!

This is a simple and user-friendly app that help us to find restaurants around us and provide some discount on items..Cheers to developers..I expect the app will be more better in coming versions..

You pick your resturant.. select your order and place it... they will confirm the order via call.. good!! Realy good!!

It took like 40 mins to confirm the order and another 40 to deliver..that means I had to wait like 1hr 20 mins for what I ordered.. Can improve a lot..even the delivery guy said to order directly from the restaurant.. And they charged me more than shown..

The app crashes abruptly whenever I click on "Checkout", after selecting a few items from the menu and that makes the app utterly useless for me.

They actually repayed the discount amount which I payed to the delivery boy from the restaurant.

Honestly... I come to Menakulam where my office guest house is located..n there r no hotels near by from where u can order food. To my surprise yest when I chked in to the guest house I saw a danger on the door handle n it talked abt home delivery..... I thought I was blessed... Seriously....!! But thought let Mr first implement it n then decide if it was a blessing..... To my surprise..... It was n received food on time....thks guys.
