Um sonho que nasceu no coração de Deus, a qual foi revelado ao seu servo em 1997 na cidade de Pimenta Bueno-RO. Através do seu servo Pr. Albino, que um dia o seu servo Pr. Clecio Martins, levaria a sua palavra em cantos mais remotos da terra, que ao abrir a boca pra falar das boas novas, muitos países ouviriam ao mesmo tempo. Glória a Deus.
