About Hong Kong BusInfo NG
With this application, you can find information of each route for KMB, NWFB, CityBus, NLB, MTR bus and Discovery Bay Bus. Besides the point to point route search and GPS Positioning functions you can find in original version of Hong Kong BusInfo, this version also have Bus Stop finding, bus journey navigation and interchange support for point to point route search!
For permissions:
Except for permissions to GPS usage and AD support, others are for navigation purpose only.
Please report any bugs to developer's homepage or support e-mail.
ADs can be removed if you have made a donation to the original Hong Kong BusInfo.
Permission Requirements:
ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Acquire your location in Where Am and Area Search I with Wi-Fi/Cell positioning
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: Acquire your location in Where Am I, Area Search and Navigation with GPS hardware positioning
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Detection of where network is available for OSMDroid
INTERNET: Used for display advertisements
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Used for writing error logs to storage card
VIBRATE: Used to notify user in Navigation
WAKE_LOCK: The phone must be kept awake during navigation
DISABLE_KEYGUARD: Used to notify user in Navigation without need to unlock first (Lock will be restored after notification)

Really useful app, but when trying to type in the search box for an a2b search, the app locks up and in most cases, crashes. I have no issues with the keyboard in any other app, so definitely something wrong.

Go to settings page and tap "check for database update now", allow database to be downloaded onto your phone and it will solve the crash issue

5 star for earlier version. After the update it's only and only crashing. Send the details to developers neither they contacted neither resolves the problem

Maybe the issue is caused by db and app not match. After re-install，it asked db update immediately. After db update，app works.

Worst app ever... Not user friendly, difficult to use for A to B search... Need to be an insider to HK bus network to use this app... Stops all the time on Nexus 6P... The designer should take some input from non HK people to improve the user interface...
