Track your meter not available in latest app. Whats the use of app then?

Every time when i am trying to make recharge through this app, it is giving me an error by saying 'enter numeric value's . However i am numeric value in recharge amount

I was looking for 0 rating option. Useless to even spend time on writing a review for this app

Why is the convenience fee being charged?? Very unprofessional services by Vatika!! When the India is moving towards online payment modes they want to discourage it by charging convenience fee so that people tend towards paying in cash and line up at Vatika offices.

Why is there convenience fee (+ 0.95 % Service tax) been charged, when you are already collecting the server rent(30 ruppees) + taxes. Convenience fee is charged because you want people to lineup at enviro office to pay the bill. And i notice no one from enviro has comment on this topic (till date)

When govt promoting digital payments then why enviro moving in reverse by charging extra for digital payments.

Hate this app now. Vatika is trying to extort every penny out of customers' pockets. If we're saving time & money by using this app, the same is applicable to Enviro too. Isn't it a convenience to both parties? Vatika/Enviro, you will always remain a petty thug irrespective of how much you spend on your ads.

Why it's charging convenience charge especially when discount is given on digital payments. Worst service, high charges.

App is good only for Vatika publicity. Customers being charged Convenience charges for no reason and without intimation. Better to use cash or cheque to recharge meter. Useless app.

Ridiculous app.. Why the hell forcing to pay convenience charges and taxes? And where is the meter track facility?

Only good for vatika ads. No value for customer. You even can't track your complaints.

Even after update I can still not see any Track your Meter option in the app, and the payment that I've made against maintenance is still showing pending status. I don;t if anyone in Vatika works or not. Doesn't have Energy management option, Electrical meter management, which is very important and is missing, please bring it back.

Bring back Track your meter. New version has removed that. Bring it back. Nothingin new version. Guys check before releasing

Term and condition check box can not be checked and I can not recharge ny meter using this application. So it is useless.

None of the details regarding meter is not generating into the updated app. Please check dashboard functionality.

Why you have removed Track your Meter functionality from app in the newer version of app . Previous version was better . This fuction was very use full to o track our meter now every time we need to open web site and log in

I think enviro guys not aware of this, I am not able to pay thi meter bill and even not able make service request, it's irritating me

Someone needs to look after thus app. Even events are not updated since new year.

Track your meter no and Online payment is working fine. New version comes with more interesting feature like News related to location. Its fast and stable.

The app is only for advertisement by vatika and useless for customers

I have tried 2 times meter recharge from axis bank account, every time money is deducted and page gives some problem.

Very slow. Not user friendly. Not upto date.
