The "Select campus" stage doesn't load. Broken app.

When I had an Apple IPhone, I was able to zoom in and out and manipulate the Map, as is Normal with Map Apps. BUT with my Samsung Note 4, it doesn't allow me to manipulate the map. Please Fix!!! Will be perfect if that's done
