Student Planner

This app is fine for at the start of the day checking my timetable to prepare and see what I need to take to school. However, as a student the app is way too slow and im unable to check what lesson I have next therefore I have to memorise my timetable or ask friends with the IOS, faster version of the app.

Gets stuck logging in and can't get past it. Tried it on three different android devices and all have the same issue. Useless if you can't login

I had some problems with it but the customer service is great and has a fast response time. It fixed my problem. Not that bad

Whenwver I use this it is so slow I go insane waiting for a minute between doing something and it responding

My school axed student planners and replaced them with this app. It's great but not all tasks show up but they show up on the website. Strange

Really useful when it works. Only a few attempts later. It won't load at all. Not even if I reinstall it. Please fix it!

Thoughtless design and doesn't even update properly. This better be updated with the release of Firefly 6.

While this is a useful thing to have on my phone, 50% of the time, the loading times are ridiculous, regardless of data or WiFi connectivity.

It does not log me in because when i put the school code in it try to load the school log in but it doesn't log me in can you help me If you do i give you 5 star

IT 'S SO BLOODY SLOW TAKES 3 HRS 1/2 TO BLOOMIN LOAD, AS SAME FOR OTHER APP FIREFLY FOR STUDENTS, THE WEBPAGES ARE BAD TOO - ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS

My school has changed home work diaries to firefly and in places no wi-fi is obtainable unlike a manual diary. It's too much. We're kids

I put in my details and it just gets stuck on the login screen, please fix this because I am unable to use the app now, thanks

Can u get rid of tasks that say submit online as I've just got a build up of tasks that are meant to be online that I can't or just don't know how to get rid of

Horrible. No material design for Android, no refreshing, slow, doesn't submit tasks as done. Not worth getting unless you have an iPad.

This doesnt remind you of the homework it reminds you that you're going to get detention for not doing your homework, why? because it doesn't show next weeks homework and it doesnt even let you mark the homework as done.

My school got fire fly for a vle and it is the worst thing ever to happen

You need to update the android version. IOS is at least 5 updates ahead and why is that? Also, I apperently have no lessons so this app is completely useless now.

This is ridiculous - I have tried to log in at least 5 times now in the past 2 days and it just gets stuck on the 'logging in' screen. I left my phone on the app for over an hour and it still wouldn't log me in: this problem needs to be fixed.

The app just about works, but it's poorly designed. No material design for Android. The iOS version doesn't use iOS styling and the iPad version, while slightly better thought through, is 5 years old. The windows version is outdated too. It's not well though through and buggy. It should provide more functionality that the firefly student dashboard provides. With all of the downsides, the app is not worth using. If there was some more functionality at least, it could be tolerable.

I went on the app and all that happened was it went onto the welcome page and stayed on that, i un-installed and restarted my phone

Get Started button doesn't even work when I put in my school code. Fake and gay app

Whenever I login, it stays on the Firefly Welcome screen and doesn't show my lessons. This used to work .If you fix this, I will rate 5 stars.

It went wrong it dodent let me sing in

No material, seriously buggy and slow. Google classroom is leagues above, if only my school used that instead.

Doesn't work on android 6.0

The app is messy, useless and unoptimised. Tasks refuse to be marked as "Done". Interface is awful. App is painfully slow. Don't download.

I logged in and got stuck on the welcome page you can't get off it all you can do is go back to the log in page

Emailed the support for the app and the man who replied, very quickly may I add, said they're updating their whole app system in the next 9-11 months, can't wait to see what it'll be like. I'd be the first one to update.

Really helped me remembering to mark my homework as done when not in a WiFi area pretty neat app

Hello. Whenever i enter my School's code and then my School login, it says 'Welcome' and just stays there. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks:)

For some reason I can get through to my school page but then can't log into my own account keeps telling I've got wrong password even though I'm sure I've got it right.
