Student Asthetics

My name is Merijn Schoeber and this is my "Members Only" app. I started Student Aesthetics because I found many things wrong with the "fitness industry". This really frustrated me when I got into lifting and I got close to no results. Once I started researching and experiencing the right way of doing things, I knew I wanted to share that with the world. My programs are structured towards results that are sustainable in the long run, and that is done through making changes in your lifestyle that will fit your current way of life as well. This means you do not have to give everything up to get in shape. Instead, I believe getting in shape can benefit you in every other aspect of your life, if done correctly. I want to teach you the ways of doing so.
