Lost out on multiple deals because "ouch.we made a foul play." Sad to give my business to someone else, but if you want a reliable ticket site, go to flash seats.

I try to sign in, says invalid password. Try to reset password, says something went wrong. Try to sell tickets, says unable to process your request and kicks me out... now I'm stuck with tickets I bought by mistake because when I looked up a team and had it set close to me, it pulled their whole schedule and I bought tickets to an away game. Now I'm stuck with them. Total garbage and I'll never use this crap again. I'll stick to ticket master. At least their stuff works right.

Have not been able to login with galaxy note 4 over last few versions, today's update no different. Just get spinning icon after login attempt. Being unable to monitor my listings from my phone has potentially cost me quite a few sales and, therefore, cost you your exorbitant commissions. Not good for either of us...

Garbage. Slow unresponsive ap. HIGH FEES. $11 tickets will cost you $40 after fees and fees and more fees. Go elsewhere.

Won't let me log in through the app but can log in through the mobile site. Dumb.

Really awful and unnecessarily complex process to get tickets. Who owns a printer anymore? Emails claimed that I could use the app to get my tickets, but the app redirects me to email the tickets TO MYSELF for printing. Won't be using StubHub again, even if it costs me money.

App is garbage. Lags and restarts constantly. Looks like automatic markups from there website too, which is usually higher priced then competitors like ticketmaster and stubcenter.

Awful! All the way around. Customer service to the app. Do not use. Rip off artists. Uninstalled and account closed. Find somewhere else to purchase your tickets.

Very upset about stub hub service, bought 3 tickets to a montreal canadiens game, drove 7 hours to see game only to find out that tickets sold to me were all kids tickets which they DID NOT accept. Got escorted out of Bell Centre. Then drove 7 hours home after renting a vehicle to go. Worst experience ever!!! Plus found out my $150 ticket was actually $11

App constantly crashes. Cannot look at my tickets and edit my listings. Have to uninstall and reinstall app to have it work for 3 minutes and then it freezes again. And StubHub don't tell me to check Chrome and updated it I have the latest one and still doesn't work. You would think a big company like this would get the best tech department and fix ALL the issues with the app. PATHETIC AND FRUSTRATING

I have used stubhub in the past and it has been fine. I tried to post tickets but the app crashed and I never got a notification that the tickets posted online. When I tried to check the app still said it was down so I assumed that the tickets never posted. 2 months later I received an email saying they sold. At this point I had sold them on Ticketmaster so I replied to the email and filed to say that I could not provide tickets. I was charged $100. Rediculous I was charged for a mistake caused by Stubhub.

Too many duplicate alerts/notifications from 4 to 12 identical alerts. Not accurate to actual seller account...says money is on the way when event is not yet confirmed. Says listings are expiring when I have no listings. Probably better for buyers.

They did an update and now my seating map won't load. I'm sure others are having the same issue but they're acting like nothing is wrong. It's been 5 days already. Fix it for Christ sakes

This app doesn't even work properly anymore... freezes anytime I try to view my tickets or my profile... sends multiple notifications that my listings are going to expire when I don't have any listings... these guys charge insane service fees... maybe they should use some of that many to have this app fixed because there are wayyyyy too many issues as is

This app sucks! I keep getting errors, won't let me log in, and results don't load. Seriously, with the amount they charge as a "service fee" you'd think they could hire a decent programmer to have semi-decent app. Apparently not.

I cannot see the seating map for anything I look up, all I get is prices even when I click on those i only get the checkout page... Ticketmaster and vivid seats has been helping me since StubHub won't fix the issue

App constantly freezes and i have to uninstall and reinstall in order for it to work! Almost wasnt allowed into a show because the app wouldnt load properly

I consistently used this app last summer without any issue. It now crashes constantly and simply hangs when you try to view your tickets. At this point it's pretty much unusable for selling or managing tickets but I'm sure they'll correct with the next update!

wow such great app. You gotta "fish" for tickets good seats are always opening up and prices fluxes good or bad, but great seats row 13 for 100 bucks. You gotta be kidding me. please Stubhub email me some great tickets!!!!

Stuck thinking I'm in San Francisco! App does not find any UK gigs and no obvious place to set my location. Google knows I'm in the UK but not StubHub. There should also be a widget for adding events to feed through to team to add. Previous app was much better.

This App is absolutely Spectacular and so is the Customer Service. The site is so user friendly and easy. Your follow up on a problem is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Your team was quick and beyond efficient!

This website is a scam I tried to sell tickets that I had and they sold came back 2 days later and said the file was wrong and that they are charging me 320 dollars.. Absolutely rediculous how I was able upload the file and it says it was clear just to find out two days later that it was wrong.

They've addressed most of the issues I once had about the site. It's easy to use & very convenient. Also their customer service & ticket pick up locations are expedient & friendly. I like where StubHub is going.

I've used this app for a while without any real issues but with the latest update I am unable to login. Very poor app to have such basic functionality not work!

Wanted to love this app. All your tickets in one place! The reality is it crashes more than it works. Had to uninstall and reinstall twice so far.....

I've tried on numerous occasions to list tickets with electronic delivery, but I keep getting error messages. That is when I actually get past all the buggy steps that work maybe half the time. This app and StubHub's mobile site have been a complete waste of my time.

Turned up to the venue with tickets bought by StubHub. The match was postponed and we can't attend the rescheduled date. I was advised by 3 members of staff that I could sell my tickets on StubHub. But after failing doing so, I was told by a senior manager at StubHub that I should sell my tickets on Gumtree instead.

Only gripe is that the app doesn't let you click the section you want to see tickets for. Not good at all. OK just checked it out more it does let you click the section only after you click on view all tickets and not when you click a number for how many tickets you want.

After failing to sign in 5 times, calling 4 times and being hung up on twice the two tickets I was attempting to purchase were purchased by another. Agent attempted to get me to purchase tickets in same row at a $60 increase in total price of original tickets. What a rip off.

Not working for my Google pixel anymore. Can only search. When signing in, the app freezes. Will revert back to 5 stars once fixed

Every time I click on the little stubhub app, I get the message "unfortunately stubhub has stopped responding"

Why does it tell me I must download the stub hub app to sell tickets and than refuse to let me sell tickets via the app? Fix the bugs please asap. Android version. Won't let me add a credit card even though my desktop has credit cards on file? Pretty effing stupid.
